Cool if limited selection and the non American non brand name stuff is affordable. Fruits and veggies VERY affordable at 1/2 to 1/4 the price at the normal grocery store and good steak for almost half the price. Thick T-Bones $8 a pound! Very cool place! Also have tables and an eat in cafeteria line type place inside. Will be coming here regularly wish it was closer!

Great grocery store that has a fantastic array of Mexican and traditional American items. Please dont be deterred from going to this store if your not a Spanish speaker. Signs are all in English and Spanish and the employees are very nice.If your a traveler and staying at a near by hotel they have wonderful hot food items as well as toiletries.There is such a variety of produce, seafood, cheese and meats that you would be silly not to check this place out.Enjoy.

Great place to get Latin American products, the lines are just huge! And the cashiers are so slow. If you decided to visit this supermarket make sure you with plenty of time to spare.

This is a GREAT store! Excellent selection of very fresh yet inexpensive fruit and vegetables. Lots of fresh meat - many different cuts and good quality at good prices. All signs are in English and Spanish. People (customers and employees) are very friendly and helpful.

The best priced vegetables and meat in the state of New Mexico! They bring value to what matters. El Super caters to the refined flavors and menus of many cultures. Public bathrooms available!On a side note I want to emphasize what I believe is very important in business... They do not have any automated tellers. That is fantastic! What that means is you get to deal with a real human being at the register. They are quick to solve any human problems that you can have. They are expedient register clerks. They are super nice and even bilingual! I love El super because they dont fall back on computers to eliminate employees. I like The human experience in every store that I go to. If I wanted automation I would purchase online. I love the fact that a family of an employee is being fed because of the strong work ethic found in their desire to work. Not like the competitors of El Super that force you to scan your own items. If I wanted to do the work for a computer... Id expect a paycheck every time I showed up to do someone elses job. At El Super, they have many registers running. So you wont find yourself waiting in a single line thats a 1/4 mile long like the competitors. Thats due to the fact that every register accepts cash, credit, debit, and EBT. And thats great news for everybody!So if you havent been here yet, then get out for a fun experience that is blessed with a bit of old experiences that havent been forgotten by an awesome grocery store.

Good selection. Meats are always great. The checkout can make you feel really rushed to get ur stuff bagged and get out of the way.

They have great sales on fruits and veggies but the staff is very rude!! Lines are always long because the employees are too busy talking to one another to acknowledge the customer. They dont even tell you the total they just look at you then go back to their private conversation. I only go here for the deals and only if Im in the area (which is rare) and have an extra 2 hours. Ill never try the meat department again they only help you if you speak Spanish.

Every time I go to the first department that has different hours of operation sometimes they tell me that at 7 o’clock sometimes at 8 o’clock and the last time is today I got there at 6:15 and they say that they are open until 630 that’s what the manager is saying but he’s telling me that they close only because they don’t have enough people working there how was that supposed to be the Problem of the customer A business without a set hours of operation you go and It’s like gambling if they’re open or not open

El Super only has one person working the seafood department so its impossible to buy anything. Always cooking the fish order and ignores the people that are purchasing seafood! I dont understand why they dont put two people working this department. What a waist of time!

I was walking by and I seen the jewlery center in there and OMG I fell in love I wanted to buy everything the man that helped me was super sweet he was a younger man I bought a beautiful silver ring and on the plus side they do the resizing for FREE I was super happy and it only took 30 min to get it done looking forward to going back!!

Great prices on produce!!!! Some of the beef items are not a good quality. Cheap very fatty beef. For the price of beef now. Your better off going to sprouts, Costco or Sams Club.The chicken is good no complaints there.

A good variety of vegetables fruit meat and seafood to choose from. Theres also a food court inside.

Worst store ever. Two registers open with at least twenty people in line at each one. Meat orders take at least 30 minutes before it’s your turn. They have microphones to call out the numbers but do not use them making knowing who is next almost impossible especially because they barely speak above a whisper in such a loud place. Produce is cheap but old and nasty. Place stinks so bad. Workers are rude and after all this you get too bag your own stuff! I only came here twice for an instacart order and I won’t accept another one for this place again.

This place has a dirty feel, high prices and its really crowded. The lines are long and slow. The product selection is very limited on some things and way too much of others, like jars of cheese. At the front door, the security guard demands that people leave their backpacks in an unsecured room that anyone can access and theyre not responsible for 😏. And after all that, you are granted the privilege of bagging your own groceries. I wont be back again.

Great Mexican food store but its always crowded and Never enough cashiers. Also, beware of way too many people handling produce and bakery goods. They always have great deals on fruits n veggies. Good variety of cremas (homemade table/sour creams) and requeson (homemade ricotta type cheese.) Great cold cuts. Great variety of hot foods ready to eat. Freshly made tortillas on the daily.

By far the worst customer service from management! They leave their cashiers waiting for long periods of time to get help with a transaction then you walk by the office window and there are 3 of them sitting in the office on the desks talking... management here is worse than management at wal mart that alone says a lot 😒

I felt like I was in a candy store only better. Not only do they have beautiful cakes and pastries but they sell fresh tortillas and juice. A very large eating area with lots of eating choices. The employees I encountered were friendly and knowledgeable. There is much much more for all your shopping needs.

Has a little bit of everything. organization could be a little better, hirchata mix was in 3 seperate places. line for checkout was rather long, they had only 2 registers open, i went at like 1930 on a weekday. Eatery was delicious, I ordered tacos and the carne asada was on point. green chili salsa was spicy and flavorful. i ordered a strawberry bananna fruit drink and it was very good. girlfriend ordered horchata and that was also very good. store has good lighting. never saw any staff to talk to. good place to go to espescially the eatery.

I usually shop here for groceries, its a great store with good prices and a wide verity of items. This happened a few times where the employees are very rude. Especially the cashiers or the item stockers. Ill simply ask a simple question and I get an annoyed response, ignored, sometimes even yelled at. Many of the employees walk/sit around and chit chat. Which isnt professional.Through out many of my visits items fall or the floors are splattered with squished items. Today I was in line when I saw like six opened boxes of Jumex stacked and all of a sudden they fall. Then comes a lady with blond hair and a boy with curled hair blaming these three ladys for pushing over the boxes of Jumex. Those three ladies werent even near the Jumex. They were treated horribly by these two workers. (who by the way were chit chatting before this incident)Situations like horrible service from employees or improperly stacked items happen very often here. Dont get me wrong I enjoy shopping at this store but please train employees better or get new employees with better help, personalitys and who wont just chit chat with one another about unrelated things from work.

I love this market. A great food court, bakery, seafood market, and meats. I came here to have lunch. I had a chicken plate, agua fresca, and churro. Good flavor, healthy, friendly service. One of the best latin markets that Ive been to.

When this place was part of the Pros Ranch Markets chain, it was poorly managed to the point that many of the stores refrigerators and freezers did not function at the proper temperature. I ran into this problem more than a few times and decided it wasnt the place for me, even though the bakery was way cool.Well times have changed and so has this supermarket. Its cleaner than ever before, the hardware works and the awesome Mexican style bakery is still there. Theres less of a wide selection than one might find at say, a place like Albertsons, though., and in fact, the store seems sparsely stocked these days, especially as far as frozen foods are concerned.The meat market is still full of freshly butchered beef products and one can still procure and whole fried pork skin should one be inclined toward giant chicharrones.

Prices are fair, but the service on the seafood section, hiw would I put it, they were like headless chickens running around . No organization whatsoever. 10 minutes just for anyone to get your order.

Its the worts store to go shopping they have a bunch of cashier stands and only 4 are open not giving a peanut seeing the lines that are formed that not even at Walmart are those lines

The check-out is always very slow and at least half the time you have to tell the young man in the sea food department to change his gloves when hes been using a broom/mop, before he grabs some seafood for a customer. On the bright side, they do enforce masks when entering and provide word for the cart.
