Absolutely amazing service. The guy that was there was so nice. He was very professional, and he was extremely helpful. And it was at a reasonable price. Overall, I would and most probably will be going again.

We have used Sherwin Williams for almost all of our painting projects. When we did not, we ended up painting over the work with Sherwin Williams. The staff at the Eubank Albuquerque store are always helpful and know their products very well. They never over sell, either so I always have just the right amount and just the right quality for the job.

Excellent paint with great coverage. Love the no-slattering, non drip effect of the paint we chose. A bit pricey but with the 30% off promo, much more reasonable.

Painter wanted paint from this outlet. Was lucky to find reasonably close match was not overly impressed with sales clerks.

This outfit is only interested in charging retail customers high prices. as a contractor who has been working with them since 2013 I have had to renegotiate pricing 122 times a year because they always are trying to jack up the prices without notifying us. We are trying to provide products for reasonable prices and we have vendors like Sherwin-Williams that jack us around.You can find a better product for a better price at PPG. As a commercial account they actually try to keep your business.Good luck to Sherwin-Williams for creating a monopoly and buying out all your smaller competitors that offered a good products for a great price.

Nobody was at the counter, despite several customers being in the store, so I called to the back. A 20-something male came out, clearly annoyed that customers were interrupting him (he was sitting there playing on his phone). I asked for a quart of stain and I had the product number, but he gave a series of heavy sighs, as it required walking to the back to get it. He quizzed me about what the mix was supposed to be (they mix stain?), and after he plunked around on the computer for another 5 minutes, heaving sighing the whole time, he finally sold me the quart of stain. He said he was out of stir sticks (seriously?). He was just as disinterested with the other customers who were there. He sent one man down to the store downtown, because he didnt have time to mix up 5 gallons of paint. Great quality products, but over-priced, and absolutely despicable service. I usually go to Home Depot. I only did S-W to match a stain on a remodel project, but I wont be back.

After a long time staring at dozens of paint chips, my husband and I picked the perfect colors. The employee was very helpful and friendly. As a mom of 4, I also really appreciate that this location had coloring pages and colored pencils/crayons to occupy them during our color hunt. The product is wonderful, too. Our walls look amazing.

I had some issues with my corporate account. But Alexa was patient and understanding. They took care of everything I needed. They even wanted to make the paint I needed before I showed up so it would be ready. And I needed some paint at the last minute they were also able to provide. All the people in there are very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Ill be going back in the future

I recently had Amarr garage doors installed and was told Sherwin Williams offered matching paint. I had the paint color name I needed from Amarr. I called this location on Eubank this morning and talked to Rachel about it. She went on about how the database is so difficult to search and that I would need to call Amarr to find a phone number to search if I wanted her to try to look up the color. Otherwise, she said I would need to bring something in for them to paint match. I told her that isnt possible, as obviously the garage doors are huge, and I dont have anything that matches them. Once I got off the phone with her, I called another SW location at Montgomery and Wyoming. They were able to look up the color without issue and had my paint ready in 30 minutes. It is a perfect match. More training is clearly needed for employees, as I dont feel I should have had to drive farther for the same product.ETA: Hey, T.H., not going to take more time calling or emailing when this review has all of the information necessary to address the problem, and I resolved the issue on my own by patronizing another store. Hope you all do something about this!

Absolutely amazed at the expertise of the staff, amazing customer service. We were first time customers less than a week ago, and have made purchases another 2 visits since then. Only wish we had shopped there years ago, this will now be our only go-to place for painting etc supplies.

I like that they remember exactly what colors you bought. I can barely tell all the whites apart so that helps a lot. You can usually find a coupon buying direct too.

Great store with a large selection of paint + supplies. There were 2 people on staff and both of them were very knowledgeable about all of the product lines.

Their website offers a 30% off sale on all paints for 3 days in October. But they wont give you that sale without an exchange of personal information. They just dont want money here they want it all. The website doesnt disclose any of this as well. 30% is not worth personal information.

Called ahead for a pickup. Didnt work. Paint wasnt ready, waited outside 45 minutes. Pretty poor system.

The store is chaos helping the customers. This store is busy but there has to be a better way to deal with each one. I went in 7/31/18 to buy a gallon of Sherwin Williams paint and also some brushes and rollers. I had brought a paint sample to be matched. I bought the gallon and the young person said he would match it and call me that afternoon. I told him I wanted the cheapest paint for that match. I never heard from him that day and so this morning I called and there was such noise I could hardly hear what was being said. I asked why he did not call and he said that he was not sure but the paint was ready. I asked how much it would be and he said $20.00. So I went this afternoon to the store to pick it up and the young lady could not find it nor my name on the computer. Frustrating. I told her my name and said the guy said it was in the back. She found it and was going to charge me $50.39 for that gallon. I said wait a monemt. He told me $20.00. I ended up paying $35.00 for the paint. Not happy at all. I really dont think they care about the customer.
