Well, I had a very uncomfortable experience with “Bill” I believe is his name. I had left my old cover to see if it could be repaired, long story short, I work for someone else, therefore I was questioning the process or simply asking why we couldn’t use our foam instead of new one since (to my very naive knowledge) looked in great condition. He flipped out on me and asked me to come get me stuff, I wasn’t questioning his work ethic at all, I was just asking general questions people ask when they pay for a product or service. I have worked in customer service, I have a lot of patience an NEVER raise my voice. He did. I felt quite offended and couldn’t believe his arrogance. He may be a great craftsman but definitely has a bad temper. This is possible the only bad review I’ll ever leave, it was THAT bad of an experience.

Pool & Spa Covers are hand crafted with good materials, yes I said GOOD MATERIALS !!!! You know - Trying to find quality work and company owners that are really straight-up, a good sense of humor, honest feedback and not trying to buckle and dime u to death this is your place. Sometimes, we as customers think we know what we want but but don’t worry you’ll not be doing any returns at this store cause this guy is a perfectionist !!!!! I’ll update my photo library later and some of his fabulous work.
