WOW! We have been wanting a hot tub for years. This year I turn 40, so it was officially time! :) We shopped around to the major dealers in town and luckily found Hot Tubs Albuquerque. Their pricing was competitive and with everything rolled in (including CRANE delivery) it felt like a more transparent process. Tracey was incredibly patient as we selected and ordered our model. Delivery was prompt and easy. Communication was exceptional throughout the process and they have even made time to help educate us on how to keep our tub running for many, many years. Definitely recommend!

We were in the market for a spa and did not know where to go. It was sort of like flipping a coin when we pulled into Hot Tubs Albuquerque, and we are sure glad we did!We found a great deal on exactly what we wanted. Whenever we have had questions, they were available to assist us.Last week we moved to a new home and wanted to take the spa with us. The moving company wouldnt touch it. Along came Scott and his team from Hot Tubs Albuquerque to the rescue!Scott found the best way to remove the spa from our old backyard and deliver it to our new one. This was no easy task since we now back up to water. Scott and his team had to find where the path behind our house began and they carried it down the trail. Got a good deal on a returned hot tub. Great help from the sales staff. It was a tight fit getting it into our patio, but their delivery crew was skilled and neither the gate nor the tub was scratched. They then set it up and explained the process of filling, etc. After it was full we were shown how to keep the tub clean, use the chemicals, and work the controls. Excellent service!!

Hot Tubs Albuquerque deserve the 5 stars. COVID backed up the delivery but they kept in touch and we received the tub today. The quality and colors were exactly what we wanted. Special shout out to Luis and Paul, they made delivery and set up super simple. They both made sure we were 100% happy before leaving. Bought a tub; had to wait a little while but well worth it. The delivery, installation, electric hookup and tutorial of how to use, clean and maintain was outstanding. The tub itself, which was one of the least expensive tubs is incredibly comfortable. Exactly what we told Tracey what we wanted/didnt want in a tub. Thanks! So far very happy. Bought my first hot tub and the sales staff were great, no pressure sales and very knowledgeable. The delivery guys were great and walked through everything and made sure I was comfortable before they left. The set up was smooth. Can not recommend more highly.

From the beginning in the sales room to the delivery and installation these folks did an awesome job. Steve, Lindsey, and Tracy were super helpful and never pushy, Steves goal is to fit the tub to the person and he is mindful of your budget and personal tastes. Paul, Scott, Miguel, and Luis, were my site inspection and delivery and set up team and they were all great. A big shout out for Miguel and Luis super friendly and very knowledgeable. They were all about me being satisfied with the placement of the tub and made sure I undersrood how to care for it. Great experience all around!!!

From our 1st encounter with ABQ Hot Tubs we have had nothing short of awesome service. Our most recent was to get a folding lifter for the cover. He likes to work behind the scenes, but Scott was able to get us the exact folding cover lifter. Gary did a great job getting it installed. He even took time to return next day to resolve a minor customer issue.

This place is amazing. I bought a cheap tub, probably as cheap as they come and I was still treated as if I spent a fortune. They made sure everything was working and I had everything I needed even months after my purchase. The amount of customer service and respect given is unheard of now a days. We purchased Viking 3 round with LED lights and absolutely love it. It was an ideal choice for a smaller space and the round shape is a nice change from the traditional style. We chose Hot Tubs of Albuquerque after reviewing the many favorable comments from customers. Hot Tubs Albuquerque has done a wonderful job maintaining my 21 year old Marquis hot tub. Recently there was a problem with an old pressure pad. The technician, Luis, came out quickly and diagnosed possible solutions. With the assistance of Scott and Steve, who found an old part in the warehouse, he was able to correct the problem and the hot tub is functional again.

Great friendly staff, fast customer service. I had a knob that broke on my tub, went into the store and they took pictures to find me a replacement. Within 5 minutes of me leaving they called from the warehouse, I sent Scott some pictures of the knob and they had it in stock. Scott brought the part to my house and was nice enough to even Install it. The customer service when I first went into the store 3 years was why I purchased it from them in the first place. I highly recommend Hot Tubs ABQ. Every time we went in the staff was super friendly, they even set up an appointment for us to test out the tubs and the various jets. Steve the owner is very knowledgeable, he shares every little detail with you giving you comfort of mind. I was a little skeptical at first because there is a guy giving Marquis a bad rep. After research from using the tubs, inspecting the tubs, and talking with the owner and staff I know that Marquis is a reputable brand that has great quality. We got the victor 94L and absolutely love it. If you are looking for the best quality tub, one that is easy to maintain, will last a very long time, easy on the electric bill, and is overall just very nice then Hot Tubs ABQ is the place to go!

I bought my hot tub 3 1/2 years ago and have been very happy with both the tub and the service. Steve and Scott have been very responsive to anything I needed. An electrical component failed shortly after the warranty ran out and would have been very costly to replace. Steve said that shouldn’t have happened and went to bat for me with the manufacturer. They provided the part at no cost. I recommend Hot Tubs Albuquerque to any one considering a hot tub.

It was our first time ever owning a tub and we had a self-inflicted user error when starting out and they were there to quickly fix it and get us set up for success. The relaxation and pain relief that it has brought to our lives has been remarkable and because we know they are just a phone call away maintenance has been stress free too! The first one I got 10 years ago from a different dealer (an 8 people tub which sits on my deck and is still working), but I wanted a smaller one to fit inside my sunroom for the winter days, and for privacy.Mr. Tracy patiently gave me the time to make up my mind and choose the right tub, a Viking Royale P+.Paul and Louis made sure that the tub would be sitting pretty and functioning in my sunroom next to my sauna. It took some brainstorming and muscles to get the tub indoor, but the dynamic duo got the job done nice! Bravo!Now my sunroom is my favorite spot in the house after I get back from work: all is set up as a true SPA, falling water sound, the scent of my meditation/massage candles, the perfect jets, the lighting in the tub, a chalice of Prosecco, the nice cathedral windows of the sunroom showing me the flowers around the pond and the animals coming to drink there. All in perfect harmony, all giving me the perfect lift I need at the end of my day. Thats where and how a piece of paradise becomes a reality.

Service in store: the people working in the store were absolutely awesome. I had 5 kids at the time running around trying all the hot tubs out. They even got duckies on our way out.Delivery: the owner came out and delivered our hot tub with an really awesome Marine Vet. They delivered, filled, showed us all the things we needed to know before they left. It was a very pleasant experience and they were both super cool to hang out with while the tub was filling. We got this Hot Tub a couple of weeks ago and have been using it for a week now. Tracy Miller was our sales person and he is really knowledgeable about the Hot Tubs. He was not a pushy sales person, which is important to me. But he did take his time and answer all of our questions.I also have to mention the two gentlemen that delivered our Hot Tub. They both were very nice guys and set the hot tub up for us. They answered all of my questions about caring for the unit. I highly recommend Hot Tubs Albuquerque as they have GREAT customer service.

We bought a house that had a working twenty year old hot tub but it stopped working after one year. Hot Tubs Albuquerque (HTA) went above and beyond to get it working again. We paid for HTA to replace the compressor but then the hot water heater went out, and instead of selling us a new one, they rebuilt and installed the old one. For FREE. Everyone at the warehouse, at the store, and the guys who came out were exceptional customer service representatives, honest, and pleasant. Shout out to Scott, Gary, and Miguel! We purchased our Marquis Resort spa about 18 months ago. The buying experience was fantastic, everyone was very helpful with no pressure at all. Steve actually came out to my house to discuss, in my yard, the best place to put the Spa, then recommended a guy to do the platform to take advantage of the views.Installation went perfectly and the installers taught me how to do the maintenance (as they always do) - I have been able to maintain the spa very easily.Service after the sale is a huge thing for me, and theirs is A+. I have had only 2 questions in 18 months and both times they have gotten back to me promptly. Yesterday Steve even came out to answer a question for me.Highly recommend for product quality, price and service.

Best service, always helpful. We bought a new hot tub from them and we love it. Before we bought our tub we were able to go to the store and try out several of the tubs, it really helped us decide which one to get. We have had the tub for 3 years and whenever we have had any issues or questions they have been extremely helpful. We also have a place in Elephant Butte and I wanted a very small tub down there. We were in the store 2 weeks ago and they just happened to have the perfect size tub. They delivered the tub to Elephant Butte and set it up. I am thrilled with the great tub and service.

I do not post reviews, so this must of have been extraordinary.Our hot tub died eight months ago & we purchased a new Marquis to replace it from Hot Tubs Albuquerque. It was delivered & installed this week. It is too soon to review the product, but not the delivery, setup & usage instructions delivered by the Hot Tubs Albuquerque crew. In a word: OUTSTANDING!Scott, Luis & Miguel were terrific. Scott is the leader & is focused on customer satisfaction. So are Luis & Miguel. We were concerned about a couple of issues when moving a seven-foot, 500 pound device through a gate & placing it on a relatively new raised paver platform. They listened & placed the new tub with no difficulty. They were patient with our requests to adjust the placement to be “just right” & they nailed it. Our electrician insisted on being there for installation (an electrician did not have to there, just the correct service). Hookup was flawless as they worked together.Scott headed back to the shop. Miguel & Luis finished the setup to ensure everything was functioning properly. They then reviewed operating procedures, regular upkeep & chemical balance practices. They were patient & answered all of our questions, sometimes more than once, & made sure we understood & were happy. Both were knowledgeable & made an effective tag-team teaching us about the new tub.All were courteous, polite & had a nice sense of humor....our style. Based on our experience, I am certain if we have any product questions or issues, they will be handled in a similar fashion as our delivery & installation.

Just bought a house with a hot tub and we couldn’t keep the water clean. They clearly explained how to use our chlorine properly and answered all our questions. It’s been several weeks and haven’t had an issue since. No more stinky tub!!!

They came out took out our old hot tub, and put in the new. Recommended an electrician which came out and connected it. We had warranty work and they have been true to their word.

I really appreciate him taking the time to help us out. He isnt just trying to sell more chemicals. He actually advises just enough chemicals to keep the water clear. Some of the products on the market he called snake oil- just a way to waste money. Scott is very knowledgable and will be there long after your hot tub is delivered!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Hot Tubs Albuquerque (HTA). They gave me an excellent deal, they delivered my tub (including steps and a cover at no cost), and they worked with my electrician to make sure my installation went smoothly. HTA has electricians they use as well, but they will work with your personal electrician if you prefer. I bought my tub nearly two years ago and they have helped me with maintenance and general advice with great professionalism and timeliness. If you are considering buying a hot tub, this is the only business to consider. HTA is the best in town by far.

Highly Recommend! I recently bought a home and it came with a hot tub. I have never owned one and didnt know how to maintain or operate it. Gary and Jesse were so great! They came over and drained and cleaned the hot tub and Gary walked me through what they were doing in the moment as well as how to use and maintain it for future uses. They even let me use a loaner cover until mine comes in and made sure I had all the chemicals I needed to keep things running smoothly. So appreciative of the kind learning experience!

The group of people here are awesome. I went in with a specific budget in mind and most of their tubs were above that number. Then Steve came out and mentioned hes getting a new shipment in of a Marquis tub in my range. He showed me pics and I was sold. The best part, the service. We called them 3 times for 3 different issues (small) and they responded within one day! This is the exact reason I chose a local vendor over a big box store... SERVICE after delivery. Did I mention they delivered directly to my back yard.... not on a curb! If you are like me and considered a Sams club tub, go visit these guys! You wont regret it! O and the tub is great too!

Easiest experience buying a hot tub. No pressure sales people, they will listen, and sell you what best suites your needs. Their team comes out and sets it up for you and walks you through how to use it. Even after buying it, you can call the store and they will help you answer any questions on it, chemical uses, etc. They carry one manufacturer, Marquis, and know that brand VERY well. Because of this, they can setup, troubleshoot and repair issues very quickly. I HIGHLY recommend them.

We purchased a swim spa and it was delivered a couple weeks ago. The crane delivery was fun to observe and the pool is awesome! We have received excellent customer care throughout the process, from the time of sale on, and they seem committed to provide ongoing support with maintenance, technical support, etc. Highly recommend this company.

When it was time to replace our old hot tub we spent quite a lot of time visiting stores and reviewing websites - finally selecting Hot Tubs of Albuquerque. We are so happy we did! The staff was friendly and helpful without being pushy. When the tub was delivered the team did an excellent job of setting it up and making sure it was exactly where we wanted it. After the electrician hooked it up and I filled it Gary (from Hot Tubs of Albuquerque) quickly returned to help me with start up. Unfortunately, on the next day the tub had a problem and needed service. Gary returned within hours and replaced the bad part! It has been working perfectly since. The quality of the tub and the expert service have made us very happy about this purchase!

No need to look further, I visited every hot tub reseller in Albuquerque, Hot Tubs Albuquerque is by far the BEST. We knew what we were looking for when we visited Hot Tubs Albuquerque, their friendly staff did not try and sell us features we did not need.I visited several other hot tub dealers in Albuquerque from the Renaissance area to Osuna and up and down Menaul Blvd. Some dealers tried a hard sell, others proceeded to bad mouth their competition and one did not even greet us when we walked in the door! When we returned to Hot Tubs Albuquerque I shared my experiences with them about other vendors, their comment “that’s too bad”. That’s it, nothing else, they did not bad mouth their competitors.Hot Tubs Albuquerque had the hot tub we wanted and we bought it! Installing it would have been a bust if it wasn’t for their expertise. When they came to deliver the hot tub we realized it was going to be a tight fit through our gate. The installers called the owner of the company who immediately came to our house and offered to bring a crane free of charge but we were able to remove the gate and get it in. Next, the clearance for the door was about 2 inches too small! The installers along with the owner and my husband were able to make some adjustments and get the hot tub exactly where we wanted it! I highly recommend Hot Tubs Albuquerque! The truly go above and beyond for their customers!

I can not say enough about the quality of service we received from Hot Tubs Abq!Every single step was perfectly executed.We have a lake house so not only did they deliver with no extra cost but the 2 delivery guys were outstanding!I had bought a hot tub for my primary residence in abq from Steve before and ya, ok the owner goes above and beyond but SO DOES THE ENTIRE TEAM!!!!They helped my husband with all of his “attention to details “ Never once did they act put out or come across like this isn’t my job.They treated us like we were their best friends and helped us get it just right.They made sure it was set down exactly where I wanted it even when I didn’t know yet!This Viking spa is designed for a more outdoor rugged terrain and can be set down without a concrete pad so I had a little more options then “just right there.” The guys were great, helpful, knowledgeable and nice.They took the fence down they put the fence up they even hauled off the branches we had to cut down .The tub was already paid for not c.o.d.but they still went the extra mile or 10 for us.I wish every business I dealt with had this much character.I learned from out first purchase several years ago,When you buy from Hot Tubs Abq you don’t just buy a spa . Your purchase goes on with help down the road, lessons on your chemicals, easy ability to order parts your dog ate, available staff if you have a concern, tips and tricks and floating speakers, cool salts that are safe for your tub, and laughs as well as genuine concern for you as a person. Working with Lindsey and Jesse for the purchase and the install was awesome. They communicated very effectively and often via text/email/phone and kept me up to date on any changes. They also gave us a loaner hot tub until ours was ready from the factory. Of course do lots of research before going, but take YouTube videos with a grain of salt, everyone has an ulterior motive.

Edit: Bought a top of the line Marquis model hot tub about 14 months ago. Recently had trouble with one of the pumps. Called Tracey, he sent out service repair next day. New pump installed. All is good. Service was on time, thorough and perfect

Had an old hot tub that froze during the last winter and failed. These folks removed the old hot tub and fit a brand new Marquis into the old, and customized, space without any issues. They always remember me when I walk into their shop which is very welcoming. Great sales staff that are able to describe each model in detail. Let both of us sit in each model to make sure the fit is what we wanted. Highly recommend that anyone looking for a hot tub give these folks an opportunity.

After visiting 4 local dealerships, I recently purchased a 14 swim spa from Hot Tubs Albuquerque. The sales experience was low pressure and the sales team was extremely accommodating. They are great to work with. There is a lag time in the delivery of 10 -14 weeks due to supply chain impacts related to the COVID-19 Pandemic. The same was reported by the other dealerships. They are ordering before they sell, which is shortening the wait time. I bought my swim spa June 14th and expect delivery in early/mid-August. I will update my post after delivery but expect an all-inclusive, professional delivery and installation as promised.

We were very impressed with service here, Tracy went above and beyond spending time with us showing us tubs to fit our special needs. The delivery went smoothly even though we had a car port to fit under and some landscape rocks to run the dolly over with the hot tub. The guys were great! After care and all of our questions have been patiently answered as well!
