This company is 5 Star. We had a conveyor belt rip that halted our baling operation and this company had a similar conveyor belt material IN STOCK. I deal with a lot of companies for our equipment maintenance and most of them have to order parts but not this company. They actually had what we needed, made the belt to our specifications and shipped it out fast. We were back in business in 2 days. The person that answers the phone is knowledgeable, they were able to accept pictures via email and the response was great.
