Good morning to all, If you are reading please read carefully. We purchased gloves from this company over 2 weeks ago, have not received the gloves. Called multiple times every day, Mr. Chris picked up once told us he was going to call back in 20 minutes never did. Wrote multiple emails regarding shipping or status from order, never received an answer. From other reviews we can tell we are not the only ones. His voicemail is always full. The company I work for has ordered a simple replacement part online using Paypal. Its now been over a month. The company cannot be reached. They dont return calls. Based on the other reviews I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. This is the worst company I ever ordered any carpet cleaning related parts from. They don’t answer calls, no shipping info, no emails to let you know anything. I DEFINITELY would NOT RECOMMEND this company. NEVER AGAIN

This is the first time I write a review and I feel so bad because it has to be a negative one. I ordered a $350 solution hose since March 2020 and i have not received nothing from Mr. Chris and we’re already in July. I have called him several times from which he had answered only a few saying that he had them out of stock but he’ll send them very soon. I do understand Covid-19 caused so many issues restocking merchandise to many businesses, but 6 months?? Come on!!! I would have appreciated a sorry letter for the lateness, but again I have not received anything from Mr. Chris. By this time, its more likely my fault for being so patient with this company, however I still expect to hear from Mr. Chris either to send me my hose or reimburse my money back. If all this is solved, I promise to change my review.

I called and spoke with Chris he took my credit card information said he was ordering my chemical that it would be in New York at my business two to three days called him in 3 days, no chemicals. said he has to check with shipping never called back. since then hes answered the phone and hung up on me, pretended there was a bad connection. never returned mine or my secretaries calls. Very poor attitude and I had a big job scheduled and was depending on them
