Ive dealt with other concrete companies around Albuquerque but this one has the most professional and knowledgeable front end staff by far. The ladies that take orders and give advice are second to none. Duke City has done a great job with first impressions because of those ladies. The drivers are good to deal with as well. My concrete is pink not Rustic Brown. A rep said this would match my existing back patio colored concrete and it absolutely does not. Now they are ignoring my multi emails. I love how they tout great customer service and quality until they dont deliver. My suggesting is to see a sample of the concrete you want in person before you hire a concrete company, and dont use Duke City. Tried to post a picture but couldnt.

They went out their way to allow me to increase my order the morning of and the driver was very helpful and patient. He maneuvered his truck in a tight space so we could use the chutes. Much appreciated! As I had over 4 yards of concrete to wheel barrow if he did not work with us!! Best price in town as well.

I just made an order with Jocelyn over the phone and she was one of the best phone representatives I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve always had good dealings with Duke city but it’s even better when the phone people are as nice and professional as Jocelyn.

Trucks were on time, drivers polite and professional! The mix I ordered was exactly what I got and I haven’t had any issues with cracking or anything else! I have also had numerous gravel products delivered to my house from Duke City and the driver was extremely friendly and courteous!

Best place in town for gravel or concrete. Excellent customer service.

Shows up at 430am on Saturday in a residential neighborhood to start a concrete patio poor. Woke up the entire neighborhood. Rude, unprofessional, laughed when we told them to stop.

Awfull place to use josh is very rude he seem to be very unhappy with life my advice if you want a good experience go somewhere else I had issues with them and then they wouldn’t even fix the damages to my yard that they did

They were pouring asphalt without having orange cones to prevent people from walking it. I got it all over my shoes and called the owner where he then hung up on me. They also spilled asphalt on the public walking trail.

The concrete is of good quality, but there is a small problem, 😡 the 153 truck brings a girl who looks like a cockatoo, she talks a lot, she does not know or drive, she needs driving lessons and she does not want to give you any water, they should call her attention to be more friendly with the cement makers.
