I visited Sierra Irrigation today planning to spend about $150. I left after purchasing $2 worth of sprinkler nozzles because the guy who was helping me was so incredibly rude and not helpful. He acted like my questions were a bother to him and that I should have known exactly what I needed prior to walking through the door.After this experience, Ill go back to the big box retailers for sprinkler supplies or Ill shop online where sales people may provide very little expertise or assistance... but at least they are not rude.

This place is fantastic...I kick myself for ever buying irrigation supplies at Home Depot or Lowes because Sierra Irrigation has everything you need in one place, knowledgeable employees and usually costs less than the aforementioned. Im glad I found this place, only wish I knew about it sooner.

Ive been to Sierra Irragation a few times in the last two weeks to get my lawn sprinklers up and running. On all occasions the staff were very helpful and only sold me what I needed to complete the job. And their advise was on point in fixing my broken equipment.I will never buy sprinkler parts at Lowes or Home Depot again!

My husband just called up Sierra Irrigation in Albuquerque this morning from Taos, where we have a small organic farm. We spend a couple thousand dollars a year in irrigation supplies. My husband had a few questions. The guy on the phone was curt and rude, and clearly did not want to be taking time to answer customer questions, and HUNG UP on my husband right as he was about to ask another question. We are people who would really like to support local businesses and the local economy rather than order online, and were planning a trip to Albuquerque next week for irrigation supplies and greenhouse supplies (at the much nicer Greenhouse and Garden Supply, where they are always willing to answer your questions). Instead, well be ordering from Rainflo today and will get our irrigation supplies delivered direct to our doorstep. Too bad these people cant be bothered. You just lost a thousand bucks or so in todays sale.
