This loan company is probably the best one ive been in so far there are very friendly and answered all the questions I had, I would 100% recommend this place! Plus they have merchandise that you can have montly payments on and thats the best. Everyone is very professional.

Horrible service and professionalism. Harassing phone calls before my bill is even due. Calling my job when Im one day past after specifically telling me they would not use the information to contact anyone, was only supposed to be for approval. Would not recommend to anyone. Approved my loan and then asked me for references and other forms which were not required for the loan. Ive asked several times to stop harassing me and my family and job. I will be reporting to better business bureau and obtaining legal counsel. Cannot make payment by phone or online, even though Ive been able to before. Absolute worst loan experience Ive ever had and I hope they get shut down. I do not believe a single one of these 5 star ratings, must be relatives or fake profiles. Workers are wholly unprofessional, have told me several times they would not call and would notate my account. No reason to harass someone who is a few days past due, most creditors wont even bother until youre at least 30 days past. In the middle of a pandemic when people are hurting, they are implementing predatory loan practices and harassing their customers. Horrible company.

Ive never received so many calls from any business, especially when I was not even due yet. 3 calls back to back to back in one day! They even called a reference. So extremely rude on the phone! I will never do business with them. If I had know how harassing they would be, I wouldnt have done my loan there.

Worst place ever ! Its unprofessional I went and got denied because they did not want to pay the fee from my job to find out that Im employed . Monica said to my boss I cant access the work portal because they are asking for a payment for the system (if she didnt lie and say she was eligible to gather the information she wouldnt need all these other short cuts ) BUT with all oddsI took my business elsewhere and got approved at an actual loan place where they are legally licensed to obtain information needed. Im reporting this location to the BBB .

Dont allow Maria and her puppets bully you. Even though it is suoer hard to understand there english. learn your rights and there limits.

Update so im out almost 250 for a product I needed repaired which wasnt covered by warranty because I was never informed by a past employee who worked there an all they did was call head office an try an sell me a speaker for more money what a shame you all messed up an screwed me over with the lack of training an work ethic. So disappointing

This place is so unprofessional and the manager Veronica is very rude. She leaves messages with me, regarding another customer giving me all his personal information! She just breeched her own contract! Beware! I thought this was a professional environment! The staff dress like their going out for the night which looks very trashy !!!!
