The store was indeed a surprise. While not terribly welcoming on the outside, as soon as I stepped inside I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and well organized everything was. I was able to find the section of merchandise I was looking for quickly and browsed to my hearts content. A very nice sales rep helped me with the items I was considering and I really appreciated his assistance. Couldnt be happier with the selection or services. I will definitely be returning!

The Castle is always a great experience for us. The staff was especially helpful today without being overly helpful. It was nice that the cashier offered to make sure the mechanical aspects of our toys worked properly. A great variety of toys, clothing, lubricants and videos can be found at The Castle. Its a nice, well lit & open environment to shop.

I love the Castle Superstore in Albuquerque. The manager Brian and his staff are knowledgeable, helpful and unfailingly friendly. They take the mystery out of a healthy sexual lifestyle and never make the customer feel anything except glad to be shopping at Castle

So I bought a lovely pleather skirt and it has already ripped at bit and the only way to fix it is hot glue or fabric glue. Service was great but Im a little miffed about the rip. Its actually a little too big on me as well so its not like it was my body size.

Its a nice little store. Has a nice selection of toys, which is what I went in to look for. Has silicone, metal, glass which personally I think are the best! The battery or otherwise power tools are pricey, but comparable to online. The clothing/outfit selection could be a little bigger wit all the room they have inside. The staff were great, not there lookin over ur shoulder while youre browsing yet available to answer your questions! Overall a good choice for MOST of a persons needs in the adult fun time market.. maybe not for all the kinkier stuff😜😎!

From the outside the place looks a bit sketchy. You have to park in the back of the building, the front looks abandoned. Once inside, the space is huge. Nice courteous ladies to provide directions and answers to questions. The prices were decent too.

The selection is HUGE! The staff will help you if you ask, but do not hover over you. We found what we were looking for and enjoyed the product.There were several couples in there. At least one single femaleb a couple of single males, and nothing felt dangerous or weird.My only complaint is that the BFSM section is sparse, but that is a personal preference.

This is a great store. Looks a little sketch at first, but then you walk in and its bright, clean and well layed out. There are two tables filled with electric toys that all work. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. There is no need for embarrassment of any kind in this store. Well worth a visit.

Every time I go in I am always greeted. Which I love! I’m always asked if I need any help looking for anything and they are always open to helping me answer any questions I have. I love that they always multiple people there to ask for their opinion as well.

It used to be a lot of fun to walk around this store and look at what they had. It seems like theyve had a lot of issues with shoplifting recently so now they instruct the sales people to watch you like a hawk and follow you around. I came in to buy some lube and see if there was anything else that caught my eye. The moment I walked in the sales person started questioning me, driving me to exactly what I requested then straight to the register. I wouldnt recommend this store anymore unless you absolutely have a necessity you need right now locally, youll have more fun browsing for toys online.

Gely was awesome, very helpful and she really knows her product. She did up-sale me, but it was product that she knew I would like. She knew I would like it because she listens to her customers.

The castle has a huge variety of fetish gear that the other shops in Albuquerque don’t. That being said, I think every shop could use more stuff for men. There’s always lingerie for women, but hardly anything like that for men. Very friendly customer service though!

On top of that she is so much friendlier than most of the management team I’ve dealt with there. Considering the store, it’s really important to be made to feel comfortable and she does just that. Megan goes above and beyond!

I stopped in to check the place out. It was clean and had a huge variety of items. As a women going in alone I felt very safe and the staff was extremely helpful and professional. I wasnt sure what to expect, but I wouldnt hesitate to go back and I would highly recommend the store to anyone looking for items to spice things up, wanting to purchase lingerie, or just plain fun. No creepy vibes or weird guys hanging around like some other places. Just a great place all around.

Items are very expensive.

First off, the facility is large. Its certainly the largest adult store I have visited. Online shopping is easy but to shop for the same products in such a large variety, in person is the way to do it. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, none more so than Donna. She lead us to quality products, with our long term use in mind and made my partner feel free enough to discuss certain issues, which lead us to the perfect product. I recommend visiting for the large variety of adult products and the helpful staff.

Deanna was absolutely amazing and helpful. Her knowledge was tremendous and I was visiting from out of town and I didnt expect to have such wonderful service in that area. I would defiantly be happy to work with her again. She helped me find everything I needed.

We been to this store several times without problems, but the past couple of experiences have just been unprofessional, especially a store of this type. Me and my boyfriend went in about a month ago, to get lube and some toys, and this lady with blonde hair kept being pushy about the lube we were buying and the toys we were getting. Despite what I wanted, I bought her recommendations and ended up hating it. Tonight we went in again, and she happened to be there again.. We told the first employee we didn’t need any help looking around, which he respected and was cool with. But a minute later she came right up to us, after we made it clear we didn’t want help, and asked if we needed help again, we told her no we’re just looking. But in that same pushy way, she tried to up sale the toys we we’re looking at and almost wouldn’t leave us alone.

This is a second time Ive visited and you guys have me a broken toy unsatisfied customer

I have been in this store hundreds of times and I never had any issues the way I had today! I couldn’t try on a piece of clothing then I tried to face time my friend to get their opinion since I couldn’t try the fit on then a work came up to ask me to then off my phone!!! Huge selection for both woman AND men (most stores lean to woman heavy inventory), and the staff is super helpful and nice. Also, there is a security gaurd in the parking lot at all times, which makes us feel safer.10/10

The staff was friendly, & very knowledgeable, they let you try on some of the lingerie. I didnt find anything that I liked. Either it was too Small or too BiG. So if you do go check this place out Dont be shy to ask any questions.

The item I bought broke immediately after I walked out of the store (it was smoking and you could smell it burning) and when I went back in they refused to give me a return. The woman that originally helped me was very nice but when I went back in another helped me and she was extremely rude. Im never going back here.

Everytime my girls and I go in here it’s an issue. The girl with dirty blonde brown hair is always in a mood and has some attitude. No ones on the same page- I get a discount sometimes, then other times I needa show proof for discount. The lady had an issue getting us shoe sizes rolling her eyes like we weren’t paying customers. Lighten up- be friendly- never been so annoyed w. a place. Just know I come for your cute merch but I dread dealing with y’all everytime.
