Has the same items you can get online or at Spencer’s for WAY MORE MONEY. Spent fifty dollars on a set of lingerie that wasn’t anywhere near long enough to fit on any human persons body. Wouldn’t let me return it within their return policy because it was “boxed.” Neither the return policy or the store associate advised on this key difference. Whole store is a scam. Don’t shop here, let it run out of business and shop for the same stuff way cheaper on amazon. Trust me, ladies.

I was traveling through with my boyfriend and we stopped at this location to pick a few items up to spice up the night. This was my first time going into a lingerie store So I was super nervous about it. When I entered the store instantly I was greeted with a smile. I walked around and a young girl named Kayla asked if I needed help and helped with some of the products and made me feel a lot less nervous about my purchase. I would definitely come back!!

My girlfriend and I are frequent shoppers at the Seductions on Juan Tabo. We love the selections and the super helpful staff. We were in the neighborhood and decided to stop by this location. GREAT SELECTIONS here as well. The store was well organized and clean. We were able to easily navigate through the different products as well as have our questions answered by the girl working. The employee was also able to direct us to some new products we may like (which we purchased), and gave recommendations on lubes and cleaning. Definitely will be taking advantage of Both locations! (P.S. try the Wicked products)

Awhile back I called to see how late the seductions on Carlisle and San Mateo the girl told me until 2am I said thank you and hung up about an hour later I went in and said hello. when I went in the female working there asked if I was the one who called I felt uncomfortable and said yes. instead she could of said how are you? Or can I help u find anything? Not am I the one who called I havent gone there again I liked when the news stand was there not seductions but what can you do.

Today I was treated, rather mistreated, so brilliantly by the Eubank store manager that I left screaming. I told the clerk the product advised and sold to me made both me & my partner numb. The clerk said it was the wrong product for my needs, and got the manager. Ms. tall, skinny, shrew manager came out, she smiled the most insincere, condescending smile and insisted several times that I needed to see a doctor. I said no, its not me, and this affected both me and my partner She said the product has nothing in it to cause that, and once again directed me to my doctor. I was furious - are you calling me a liar?! She continued to smile, and told me to never come back. May I assure you, after decades of being a customer, I will never ever go back. Self Serve is accommodating, polite, helpful, and I will be giving them 100% of my money in the future. Shame on you for treating anyone this way, and for causing me to feel so diminished and insulted that I lost my temper...!!!!!!

Terrible service bought lingerie for my girlfreind didnt fit it has a seven day return on it i am literally being swindled for my 50$ have tried 5 times an taken off work to try an get my money back but apparently the manager that can do it is never there today i tried once this morning again they said shed be there at noon i came an exactly 3:00pm she was not there this is ridiculous how many time iv been in an shes apparently not there i need a response from the owner or do i hav to take legal action for a simple 50$

I dont understand how this place has such a high rating. It smells like burning rubber and cheap plastic. The floor is greasy and disgusting borderline slippery. The workers make you feel uncomfortable and let you touch all the products. I was purchasing several toys and it threw me off how the worker opened and let me feel all of them. I was hoping shed pull the product from the back and the one I was touching would be a display. Nope she packed it and tried to sell it to me gross!! Who knows who touched that, I was disgusted dont go there! There are better places in Albuquerque for adult products! YuckResponse to the owner: Im sorry youre use to the smell and require your workers to have non slip shoes. But arguing with customers and claiming they were never there is just silly. It just shows how ill and unmanaged this store is. Checking products isnt having customers feel every product theyre looking at then trying to sell them said product yuck. Store cleanliness aside several STDs can be transmitted by skin contact that isnt something you advise cleaning my stomach is literally churning. Please dont go here I have nothing to gain by saying that other then knowing people arent getting sick by this hack job of an adult store gurr.
