Greatest place to store your stuff! The owners are the BEST! Nice place and a great location for ppl in the NE heights

I store my motorcycle at Mckinney storage. I put the lock on wrong one day after parking my bike. This left the motorcycle and storage vulnerable. Any ways the manager called to let me know right away, so I could properly store my bike safely. This would be a hard thing to notice because of the large numbers of units. This show me they pay attention to detail and know whats going on around the property. In addition the customer service and prices are excellent.

Horrible experience, my unit was broken into, half of my boxes and other items stolen. The site manager called me up, and asked me to fill out the incident report. I told her that was not my job. I was asked to call the police on my own. She did not call them at all to report the robbery. She pointed to where supposedly the robbers supposedly jumped the fence. She kept saying she was sorry, but I was not pleased at how it was handled. I was told they only robbed two units. Dont rent from this place please.
