I love Hot Topic so much! Hot Topic is one of my favorite places in the mall. It’s the place that I sometimes get cool t-shirts from. My only complaint is that a cashier harassed me one time, because I didn’t have an ID. She thought I was lying to her, even though I wasn’t.

My kids and I were in line waiting to go in and a guy came out from the store asking if we were going to walk around or buy something. I thought that was very rude because he asked no one else but me. So I took my kids next door to spencers they were very nice and helpful and got what we needed there. Im going to spencers from now on and not hot topic.

I like their stuff but it was very unfortunate shopping trip. I wasnt informed that clearance was final sale in the pandemic so Its not like I could try anything on. As per business you have to inform a customer that something is final sale.All Sales Final policies are not prohibited under federal or any state law. As long as the policy is clear and in writing, retailers do not have to issue a return or refund except when a product is defective.Cant even same day return with receipt 🙄

I use to go here all the time in high school they have really cute cloths. Im really happy they sell bt21.

Overpriced imported trinkets. The workers were rude and laughed at my daughter because she picked out to much stuff and I had her put some back.

Called to make sure they had an item in stock. The lady was very kind and put the item on hold for me. When I got there, there was a line but the associate brought the item for me and charged me at their kiosk. Making it a quick purchase for me.

Great selection on what I was looking for. I left with way more than I needed.The staff is great! Both employees that I spoke with were fantastic with people and helpful.The store is clean and maintained with no messy piles. It wasnt easy finding larger t-shirts, but I was able to find a great one.Thanks for helping to make a new Hogwarts students day special.

Very friendly staff. Helpful. Although at times I needed help with some items in the store, the staff were busy helping other customers. Only thing I was disappointed in was a sale they posted. It read ALL T shirts on sale $10. There was no fine print. Until I got to the register, several tees were denied. I told them, Why advertise falsely If these came be sold for $10? Theres no fine saying exceptions on the sign. Apparently, the computer in the cash register wouldnt allowCERTAIN, Tees, to be sold for $10. I was very upset. They said there was nothing they could do about it. I did however mention this, Then why have your signs out advertising false information since certain clothing cant be sold for the price mentioned? They said they have to follow corporates orders. How sad. That was what made me upset. Didnt like that at all. Staff were nice, just that the sales part was wrong. -10

Oooh I love, love hot topic!! They have the best goth, rock fashion to mix and match stuff! I went and bought me a cute birthday outfit last year and found them online as well but the thing with their online selections is that they run out fast or if they have what I like they only have it in an extremely large size. So I stopped buying from them!

Manger was rude! Yelling at a child in front of me because she put gum in her mouth. Really disrespectful. I wont return.

Im a huge geek so this place is awesome. Theres always a promotion going on and clearance sales and the stuff in here is pretty cool too. A little dark but still great.

Ive always been a fan of Hot Topic but I found this location to be lacking. The staff werent very engaging, the store seemed disorganized and I think thats a dangerous place to be since theres a competitive store who seem to be more welcoming in a visual way. Hot Topics, when they have a sale, have an AWESOME sale. Ill keep going back because I like the merchandise and the sales...but may drive to another location.

I love Hot Topic. Mostly everything I buy comes from Hot Topic. The one things that I dont like is the cost of stuff..... I love the rubber bracelets and hair bows they sell, but its $7+ for a bracelet or bracelet pack, some of the bows are $3-4 but the cosplay bows go up to $7+
