This store is deceptively large. I went in looking for gifts for my family and got taken on a journey from trinkets and key chains to beautiful New Mexican pottery and house furniture. Cool shop!

I went there on a lark, hoping to find something authentic and New Mexican. I left with a $5 New Mexico flag lapel pin and a quizzical smile too.Its bereft of tourists, but filled with stuff like fake Native American spears bow and arrow sets and sling shots made from plastic and manufactured in China ... lots of stuff that might have made a few bucks at Stuckeys 50 or 60 years ago. You know shot glasses with pictures of a road runner and plastic belt buckles with an especially unfortunate scorpion embedded within. Theres a whole room filled with the real deal though and some the handcrafted jewelry is more expensive than a brand new woolen jacket. Another room is packed with warm stuff from Pendleton. They also have a stunning collection of knives and similarly weird sharp things plus lots of salsa from all over the state too. The two kids running the shop seemed lonely. One said to the other as they were ringing me up, Hey, dont forget to put his flag in a bag.

My family (East & West Coast) visited me about 2 weeks ago. I brought them here and they loved it. I go there a lot especially when I’m shopping for myself, gifts for others and furnishings for my home. Prices are affordable and everyone there is helpful in this Huge shop!

Hours listed are incorrect. google says they close at 9pm. their own automated phone system (called multiple times, no actual human answered) says they close at 10pm. we arrived at 8pm and they said they were closed. they said they didnt care if the hours were different listed because theyre accurate for the summertime and sometimes we stay open until 9 OR 10 in the summer it changesits not summer, so thats moot anyway. their own phone system is 2 hours off their current closing time with no indication those are seasonal let alone rare seasonal hours.im severely disabled and my husband works long days. we wasted an entire night getting over to that side of town, out of the car, and over to the store, only to slowly make our way home empty-handed and in pain for no good reason. I cant get out often and that was a huge disappointment.posting deliberately false information year round and not giving a care when someone asks you about the disparity is bad practise in general, but extremely frustrating to disabled customers. we spoke to them again today via phone to try to clarify if we had missed something, and no, it was their error and they were very dismissive and did not care.I want to support local artists and artisans which is why we were trying to do our gift shopping there and not the mall. deliberately false information and poor customer service that wastes time and money and very rare spoons of very disabled people who dont have a choice about things like this makes that really difficult.listing 3 stars because the things my husband found there last year were great and the artists they work with are clearly great, but as far as business/customer service goes they do not appear to have it together and have no desire to, which is just not okay.

Great place to find souvenirs the lady that worked in the leather area, saw that I was debating on getting a coffee cup and showed me one of her favorite ones and I bought it. She also did not mind my little boy talking to her. I wish I got her name. A great experience.

We dont often shop at souvenir stores, so we cant make comparisons, but this store has a wide range of of interesting merchandise, nicely displayed. Its prices are about what you would expect for a store that caters to tourists.

We have bought several pieces of jewelry from this store. When we bought the last bracelet broke as the clerk was packing it for us, one of the gems had fallen out. Luckily there was a similar bracelet there for us to buy. The first day that the bracelet was worn TWO gems fell out. So when we were able to take it back to the store for repair the clerk was EXTREMELY rude and told us she didnt believe us that we had purchased the bracelet from the store. Told us that she couldnt help us and basically kicked us out of the store. We will never go back to this store. Completely rude and unhelpful when they are selling cheap jewelry that is supposed to be authentic. COMPLETE RIP OFF.
