Another fail in Albuquerque!Acually even on the phone their allot different than they describe.I called to make arrangements towards selling my unique R.R. native American pure silver and 12 k gold 1 of 120 story teller native American bracelet. ( Which is a antinque master piece of the Native American Jewelers )The lady on the phone was rushing me, rude, and didnt take any time to hear what I was asking, or saying.I called cause on the web site it but has where their co. Is different and where Romie talks about how they do not scrap. He/she also talks about the fact that they know all about true Native American Jewelry, and how they look at the maker; and the age an etc... of the pieces but you are interested in selling.So therefore I called Nation Jewelry buyers to speak with Romie since they advertise of being a special or unique native American Jeweler and not like all thebrest, where they give scrap price for just the weight or piece.The lady on the phone this morning told me when I called an asked for Romie that Romie was not in today yet and wouldnt be in until the afternoon sometime. I told her why I was calling, and that I had read about their buying practices on their web site and that because of that I would like to bring it in for them to appraise it.She told me that actually Romie doesnt really know anything about Native American Jewelry an antinque prices, that another one of their co workers is the one who might know about it, but they wouldnt be in the office today. She also said to just go ahead and bring it in that she would go ahead and give me the best price on the market she could allow me. She said that she doesnt need the person there ( whatever their name was besides when I asked for Romie ) cause their all going to give the same basic price for the jewelry I bring in .She was talking so fast on the phone and told me twice that she couldnt really understand what I was saying or asking and to just come in with the jewelry and they would look at it then.Sad to say I think I will just stick to a buyer that does what they say they will do rather than some flashy talk on the internet of how they are this and that when it comes to native American and pieces to buy.

This is a family business and theyre really transparent with their pricing. Jada was so helpful, kind, communicative, and explanatory. I ended up getting way more than expected for some old jewelry. The security guard walked me to my car, which was appreciated as well.

Went in to sell a diamond tennis bracelet a week ago and had an amazing experience! I like that you go in, they look at your jewelry and boom you have a quick offer. Minutes later I was walking out with cash having received a more than fair price for the bracelet.

I love this place I used to go to crown coins and jewelry but I was getting burned I never got as much money as I do here at national I will never go anywhere else! Shada is a awesome employee and very knowledgeable thank you Shada!!!!!

I recently was in Albuquerque, so I stopped by for a appraisal on my pawn jewelry, what a joke the bracelet I brought in had seven 3 carat pieces of turquoise, and was crafted from coin silver. These pieces were from the thirties, and in perfect shape...I was offered $100.00 dollars for the bracelet and they wouldnt even look at my double stand of hand drilled turquoise beads. Im sorry but if you are going to boast that you are experts, perhaps you should school yourselves. It seemed they take advantage of those who are in a tight situation. I advise, do your homework before you settle with this bunch.

Staff is very polite, have good prices however, there are times where they will be late! Its the 31st of July and apparently theyre delaying actual open time hours for a Muslim holiday .

This is the only place I will go to with any jewelry I want to sell or even if I have questions about a piece. Very knowledgeable. Trustworthy, safe, professional but at the same time personable & caring! I have gone here over the past 3 years a couple handful of times and have had nothing but positive experiences. This is a long over due review I should have taken the time to give them back at the very least. Thank you all for your awesome service and when I was in a time of need you went a step further to help me. I will never forget that & am forever grateful that.

After comparing prices at several local gold & silver buyers we returned to our first stop - National Jewelry Buyers. They treated us like valued customers, unlike some of the others in the area. They are very professional and courteous, making a positive experience out of a difficult decision of selling items that were difficult to part with.

AWFUL! they offered me $160 for things that another shop gave me $705 for. I felt like a criminal since they were behind the bullet proof glass and the security guard watched me the whole time. They told me a 14K white gold diamond bracelet was only low grade sterling silver and worth $30 (the other shop gave me $500 for it). The kid that waited on me was about 20 years old and didnt know anything about jewelry. DO NOT SELL TO THEM- THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.
