Renee was AWESOME! She was knowledgeable and very personable! My husband and I truly enjoyed our time with her.We recently decided to take up running/jogging and have been looking for good shoes. Ive been researching online and even got an Amazon Wardrobe box to try things on but hadnt really found what we wanted yet. We decided to take a chance on a local store and see if we could find what we needed there.There was none of those I-wonder-which-shoes-to-try-on worries. Renee took a 3D scan of our feet and bustled off to pick out 2 pair each for us to try on. I fell in love on the first pair, my husband did on the second. In this age of web purchasing and Amazon Wardrobe, it was really wonderful to interact with another human being and get some valuable feedback from someone who knows what they are talking about.I highly recommend going in to visit Renee at Fleet Feet Sports on Wyoming for your next pair of running shoes.*The store was very clean and everyone was masked.

Although I didnt actually purchase any shoes here, the customer service was outstanding. The employee who helped me was very friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. She made sure to only offer suggestions she thought would be good for me and was very attentive even though we figured out pretty quickly the store didnt have what I needed. Great experience!

Store barely had selection of shoes, and the employee that assisted me didnt exactly know what he was talking about regarding the shoes. Luckily I went else where to get better quality assistance and better selection of shoes.

Finally got some new fitted running shoes. No hassel, staff knowledgeable and courteous. LOVE my running shoes. Cant wait to hit the treadmill. 🏃‍♀️

Salesperson was very helpful and informative. Purchased shoes and when I returned home I was informed I had over paid for last years model of shoes. Quick Google search confirmed the price has been marked up $90. Asked the store via phone to price match and they declined. Also refused a return on unused product due to pandemic but offered exchange for a different item which makes no sense if pandemic is the reason. Receipt clearly states returns can occur within 30 days. I like to suppose local businesses or at least local brick and mortar stores and expect to pay a markup but the fact the mark up was more than the market price of the shoes leaves me dissatisfied. Before going to this store please google the models of shoes you will be looking at to determine if the price is reasonable. Target has similar selection for under half the price. Will not be going back.

I recently bought a pair of running shoes here and found the sales girl pretty knowledgeable about what I needed and was happy with the shoes she recommended. My issue, however, is I asked if they came in other colors stating that I really didn’t like the look. She inferred that they only came in that color in my size now. She was a bit pushy about the colors being good and I ultimately decided to buy them thinking my knees were important that aesthetic. However, after looking at the Fleet Feet website, I see many options in that same style in my size that I like better. I feel like she mislead me to make the immediate sale when she could have suggested ordering and getting shoes I really loved. Once I wear out these, I’ll probably just go directly through the shoe company’s website to make sure I know all the options.

The staff was helpful and knowledgeable.The one thing that soured the experience was trying to return insoles I was sold that were too small for my shoe size. And the covid accommodations for the return/exchange policy were lacking. A refund, for some reason, wasn’t allowed due to Covid, but an exchange for store credit was. I ended up having to get store credit, which itself was set to expire in just 60 days. I plan on shopping there again, but essentially being forced to within 60 days using store credit puts me in a bit of a bind and was a little disappointing.

I love getting my running shoes here. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I use to do their running group before my kids got bigger and their sports took over my evenings. I like how they can keep track of what shoes you buy and what size so they can look up past orders and you can get the same shoes each time.

I am very disappointed in this store! I bought a pair of running shoes with inserts here in January. I went for a run with my new shoes and they hurt my feet so bad. I have never had shoes hurt this bad! I put them aside thinking I would give them another chance. As time went on I would always go to my old pair because I remembered how bad these shoes hurt. I decided to give the new pair another try and went for a walk in them thinking I needed to break them in. They once again killed my feet.I took them into the new Feet Fleet Store today to see if I could get a trade, even on something of lesser price. The assistant manager was very sweet and said she would have to call the owner. The owner said, “Sorry! It has been 30 days! Nothing we can do.”I am extremely disappointed in this business. I have worked for many retail businesses before and know that you have to lose sometimes to gain. This business could have done something for me. I spent $200 on a pair of shoes. They just lost a good customer. Now I will never be back to that store. If the owner would have done something for me I probably would have gone back to buy more running gear in the future from them. Bad deal! Bad business decision!

Got my feet measured and found out that Im actually a wide and half a size bigger than what Ive been stuffing my feet into for the last 20 years. A bit on the pricey side but prices were comparable to online retailers.

Think twice before you spend your money here. Once they have your money, they dont want to refund it. My wife bought a pair of shoes on 1/25 and we were told we had 30 days to bring them back. She ran 3 miles on the treadmill and developed a blister. She tried a few days later and it returned. When I tried to return the shoes, I was told that due to excessive wear they would not refund them and store credit was all that they would do. After I took numerous photos of the shoes and threatened to have my credit card company issue a charge back, they relented and refunded the shoes. Theres a reason why Zappos and Amazon are thriving and mom & pops are going under. Its a shame when local merchants wont abide by their own policies.

One star for lousy customer service from the franchise owner – involving the purchase of a gift card. I bought the card for a grandchild in Spokane. Was told explicitly that it would be good in Spokane. It wasnt. Would the ABQ store allow my grandson to destroy the card and me to get a refund? Nope! These guys dont stand by their word. That said, the store manager, Deseret, tried valiantly to advocate on my behalf, to no avail, due to an avaricious franchise owner. He lost my loyal business.

Great staff and an incredible selection. They seem to have a real thing for New Balance shoes here, so went out of my comfort zone and am gonna try some for running. Id been using Brooks and Hokas for years. They took the time to really help. I was happy to learn that its a locally owned store - Ive avoided them here and in other cities in the past because I thought they were a chain and I prefer to go to locally owned running stores. Turns out theyre a franchise - so locally owned, even if they are part of a bigger corporate structure.

Awesome service and highly knowledgeable without being pushy or judgmental. I had a few ideas about what type if shoe I needed. Jackson spent at least half an hour with me trying out five or six models and listening to my feedback before we settled on one. I would recommend anyone in need of advice head here to make sure youre getting the best shoe for you.

Miss Alyssa was very helpful!They were not to busy, she was helping someone at the time an was the only one to speak with us to let us know she will be right with us. There was a male there who was rushing her even tho she had already spoke to us. He didnt seem to be doing much but chatting it was irritating to me, she stayed very positive and when she was able to get to us she did apologized for the male an thanked us for being patient. But she didnt have to, we saw she was pulling it that day plus pregnant. But over all I did get to fit, she walked me through the store process an was very informative, she took extra time to help me figure out my comfort level in cushion. Never experienced such a fit like that. It was different but very rewarding! she help me find a great pair of Nikes( I never liked Nike before) it took a long time but she stayed committed making me an my wife feel like family. Making us laugh including my wife really made our day . We will be back to get my wife some shoes next. Thank you for the experience I have never been treated better.

Joey did a great job in measuring my feet, evaluating my walk, as well as my old shoes (which were wrong for my feet BTW). Left the store with the first pair of shoes that were truly made for my feet. Thank you and I will be back in 6-8 months for a new pair!

The employees are super helpful. They have an extensive knowledge of the shoes they have in stock and know how to give you the right fit. If youre trying to get into running this is where you should start.

Bought a pair of shoes & inserts in the summer for my wife, a P.E. teacher, to wear the following school year. The shoes sat in the box for 2 months as the school year started she wore them 1 time and they didnt work for her. I tried to return them to Fleet Feet and they said its been more than 30 days and wouldnt return them. Very disappointed in this lack of customer service. I will do ALL my running shoe business at Heart and Sole.

Great place with alot of variety. Julian (im sure i butchered his name) helped me out he was very knowledgeable about running and what will help your foot during running, he showed me multiple different shoes based on the criteria I provided (i.e. trail running vs road running, light weight, ling distance...etc). Great store with Great customer service, will recommend to friends and family. location i visited was before they moved when they were at menaul and wyoming in the hoffmantown shopping center, new location is going to be by wyoming and academy apparently. TLDR; do your feet a favor and visit this store.

They sold me an old pair of shoe for retail price. This place does some shady business. They some what know what they are talking about. There was a hefty dude staring at me and the worker, when I was trying on my shoe.
