Called from 80048755666. Rep Gideon could not actually tell me anything about the company just the name. I asked it can tell me when the equipment had been checked out, he could not tell me that. When asked if he knew in which state that the company was located, he said he did not have that information. So all he knew was the company name, and that we may have some medical equipment from a company I have never heard or used.,

I had a problem with this company. I called I called multiple times and ask for a supervisor to call me back. I never received a call back. I would never use this company again.

Ive been fighting to get oxygen renewed for a patient for 4 months ! Ive sent three versions of supporting information to match their requirements. Staff answering the phone could not help refine the information needed so we can process the renewal. I sent the same type note to Apria for oxygen for another patient and got the oxygen in 2 weeks. It just proves that Pacific Pulmonary has poorly trained support staff. No problem. As my patients come up for oxygen renewal I will now go to Apria. Carmen Brown PA-C

Resently under new ownership. No longer helpful, its hard to reach a human and they are totally unhelpful once reached.
