We had a very poor experience at another marine dealership regarding a trade in for our boat. One quick call to Boomerang and it was clear who we should have been doing business with all along. Boomerang worked with our schedule to see the boat and offered cash for our trade in. Everything was fast and easy. After our previous experience, it was so nice working with someone who was honest and did what they said they were going to do. Id highly recommend Boomerang for your Marine needs!

Took my 96 Polaris Magnum in a couple weeks ago, they diagnosed a bad drive belt and replaced. My son took for a short ride and belt disintegrated. Maybe 2 miles on machine since picked up. Took back and they looked over, said nothing wrong with machines clutch just belt wasnt broken in which they failed to inform me to do. They did take care of the labor but charged me for another $90 belt and told I need to break it in this time before going full speed with machine. Wont be going back again for service work.

Super helpful staff. Had my Polaris Ranger part on hand and the injector oil for our Yamaha outboard motor. Attractive well stocked showroom and exceptional parts department.

What pos staff you have. Called and inquired about the final price boat. Was told by salesman Matt that hell call me back. That pos never did. You know a simple called to let a customer know that if your not going to sell it to them and sold it to someone else wouldve been nice. Dont ever deal with this dealer.

Purchased a pre-owned outboard motor from Jim Schey in sales, dropped off my boat and they installed it. When I got out on the lake it didnt run right. I contacted Jim, he went the extra mile to get it back in the shop two times, he communicated with Curtis the manager and got it resolved. Thank you, much appreciated!

5 stars so far. I bought a 2018 Polaris Ranger 1000 from Steve in the Alexandria location. After checking with at least 6 different dealers Boomerang had the best price for the machine and options I ordered. There were some small mistakes in my order and Steve corrected them quickly and made sure I was happy. I would say that they operate with a high level of integrity and compassion. Theyve been a great outfit to work with and Im glad I bought my machine there.

Very Poor Customer Service. Several problems with poor quality aftermarket parts purchased by Boomerang and they were unwilling to correct the problems. Im out several hundred dollars. Owner was VERY rude on the phone once he did call after 3 weeks.
