Called to have an issue looked at with my spouse car. Was told at the time I made the appointment that the issue was covered under warranty. Car was brought in and I was contacted that car was out of warranty. Update. I was contacted by the GM. We discussed my experience and why I gave the review 1 star. I appreciated the response and the explanation that I was provided. In the end I feel that I was taken care of and this is a non issue.

#1. I was charged $23.60 for a technician to determine that a noise in the rear of the vehicle, came from a clothes hanger bar that I had hooked onto the grab handles on each side of the rear seat. It was certainly put there by me and therefore my fault. However, it works without a noise in my other vehicles and thus I never considered it to be the reason for the noise. Being charged for this, at the vehicles first service, by the dealership from which the vehicle was bought, certainly leaves a bad taste and something that will be talked about with potential clients, including myself when I come to replace my other vehicle.FOLLOW UP:I received a check in the amount of $23.60 (a full refund) on March 23, 2021 for what I had been charged to determine the cause of a sound in the rear of the vehicle (that turned out to be a clothes hanger that I had installed).#2. Likewise, you replaced the floor mats that I had purchased when I bought the car, with a drivers side mat that you agreed did not fit. You said that I should be careful when entering the drivers seat, because the poorly fitting and exposed lip will bend again if it catches on the drivers foot. How can this not happen, if it does not fit and is elevated?FOLLOW UP:The floor mats that did not fit properly were replaced a few days later by Diamond Buick GMC at no additional cost. They fit much better and should work well.I am VERY grateful that these two issues have been so promptly and so satisfactorily resolved. As such, I will certainly recommend the Diamond Buick GMC dealership to others. Thank you.Sincerely,Fraser Norton

My fiancé and I were looking high and low for a vehicle we wanted and thankfully found it at Diamond Buick in Alexandria. We called ahead to ensure the vehicle was still there and by the time we got there they had the vehicle pulled up front waiting for us. Traveling through and experienced an issue with my diesel engine in minus 15 degree weather. I pulled in and the service representative, Jeremy, jumped right on it. Soon the parts representative have found a replacement part at another dealer and dispatched a runner to pick it up. The service tech, Michael, was very good at quickly performing replacement and protecting the engine even more for the remainder of the trip. All this was on a Saturday morning. Landon in sales was excellent, I had a lot of questions and he answered them all, even on his days off. Corey was also great to work with as Business manager. Even Gary who delivered my truck 1/2 way was as nice as a person could be.Completing the deal was a bit awkward from a distance. Final details a little uncertain. I expected everything could be finished electronically but did not realize MN requires an actual signature. But all worked out well.

Everyone was really to busy socializing with each other then worrying about the customer and the dealership doesnt see to doing what they say they will. When I got my vehicle they said they would give me a second key but I never got one, and when I went in for an oil change they found a leak somewhere and said they would email me a quote of how much it would to be fixed and I never got one.

They took care of getting a new key fob programmed to my vehicle as well as taking out a few dings in the suburban in such a quick and timely manner. Thanks so much DJ for being such a great person to work with and get everything organized to be done all at the same time.

Prompt courteous service

We were looking for a new pickup. We took a pickup for a test drive and really like it. So they took our vehicle out for a test drive so we could get a trade value which was a 2014 Gmc with only 108000 miles and the guy comes back and said the engine stop light came on down at round about which is 1/2 mile away. So he proceeded to drive it back to the dealership. We were surprised so they pulled it into the repair shop and in 10 minutes they say it needs a new motor/radiator over $8000 in repairs. We couldnt believe it. So we took a loaner vehicle home. Then the day after Thanksgiving is were we lost all trust in this place. We werent going to pay $8000 so they started negiotating. They started with its only going to cost $6000 for repairs now it only needed lifters and a oil pump. The pickup still hasnt even been in the shop for anything to be looked at they pulled it in and listened too it and pull back outside. Then in a final attempt trying make a sale they said $4500 a couple hours later after I told them Ill bring a trailer and haul it home. I wouldnt trust this dealership. We took the pickup to another repair shop all it needed is a oil pump total bill of $564 dollars.

Warranty issue with a turbo coolant tube and possibly the turbo oil cooler/tube leaking.Whatever it was that was leaking seems to have stopped. I am glad that Buick stood behind their product and Diamond Buick was available to have my spouse and I back on the road as quickly as possible with good workmanship a priority as well. A special thanks to Zac the service tech. that took care of us and making sure, and understood, being my spouse and I are disabled and rely deeply upon the quality and reliability of our 2017 Buick EncorePremium, we can once again trust that this vehicle will get both of us to where we need to go which mostly is hundred of miles per appointment several times/month.Thank you to the entire Diamond Buick team that got us going again. Any dealership that doesnt include a full tank of gas with a $22k jeep deserves 1 star in my book. Called the salesman after realizing and he said that 1/4 tank was policy. Would not go back, especially after getting taken on the trade in vehicle.

Was working on a deal for a couple days due to living out of town only to find out when it came down to picking my new truck up it had been sold out from underneath me. Pretty poor deal if you ask me!

They are really ripe off cost for labor .

Took two weeks for my coolant pump and thermostat to be replaced. My car was flatbedded on a Thursday, and the tech said that itd be looked at Friday or Monday. I hear nothing so I call Tuesday, and Wednesday. They look at the car and agree with my diagnosis, and order the parts. Parts were said to arrive next Fri/Mon. I inquired on Tuesday around 1 PM, and was told that they think someone was working on it and that it could be done that day or Wednesday. I drove by later that day (3PM and my car was still sitting in the same spot it had been sitting in since Wednesday of the prior week.) I do not appreciate being misled. If i was told itd be done Wednesday I wouldve been fine with it. Two weeks without a loaner car (I guess this is my fault for not probing... but two weeks was NOT how long I was expecting to wait.) resulted in me having to drive my wifes Traverse 30+ miles a day and over doubled our fuel costs for the month. The people working the service desk are nice, thankfully.

They found a rebate I had floating around from 2006 from a previous purchase and applied it to the loan and I didn’t even ask for it. Superb service thanks again.. we will see you soon. I bought my third vehicle from here and Im absolutely satisfied about my purchase. They were helpful on addressing my concerns and provided great customer services. Generally you dont get much customer services when you buy a used vehicle but that was not the case here. Tom is a great sales person BTW. I didnt feel any pressure to buy from him and he went above and beyond for my purchase.

I was traveling back home (which was 6 hours away from Alexandria) and I kept getting error messages on my display about my DEF levels (its a new to me 2012 - 2500 Chevy van) being low. After the message said I had 246 miles to go it then said I had 1900 miles then it said 1100 miles to go so you get the point of my concern. So not wanting to risk it I ended up at the Diamond Buick GMC service department at 10:00a.m. on a Wednesday with no appointment - just walked in. There I met with Hannah and explained my situation and the fact I still had a 6 hour drive ahead of me. Unfortunately Hannah said they were booked full. I thought I was screwed. As we talked for a moment Hannah told me to wait and she went in the back and found out there was someone who was able and WILLING to get me taken care of!! In less than 45 min I had my oil changed and the DEF was topped off and I was good to go - no more error messages. I cannot say how much I appreciate the help, the fast and friendly service and the willingness of Hannah and the guy who did the service to help me when they were already busy. No extra BS or add on sales - just great service. My van was taken care of and I made the 6 hour trip home with no issues. I absolutely recommend Diamond Buick GMC. Thanks again!!!
