These folks wont even answer the phone after letting it ring for 5+ minutes, so Id hardly trust them with my tires
This WM automotive center I strongly recommend. From the guy working behind the counter to the guys (mechanics) who work the back they have always been polite, efficient, speedy & quite competent. I strongly recommend this WM Auto Center, after many bad experiences from the other Alexandria WM, I now only deal with the Coliseum WM to do my oil changes & tires.This WM is very clean, well stocked & definitely friendlier than the N. Mall WM.

I have come to expect almost nothing in terms of customer service from WalMart--thats their baseline, but this store takes the cake for cashier inattention, disinterested employees, managers who are a) inaccessible and b) couldnt care less, and the worst Tire & Lube Express management you could imagine. If I hand you a printed email, dont look at me and ask You gotta email? Ill drive well out of my way to avoid this location in future.
Huge shoutout to the guys in the Automotive Department! We had a blow out on our RV while traveling. They were all very nice! Replaced 2 tires and loaned us the tools needed to fix some other broken parts. Got us back on the road quick. Very appreciative to them for their help. Thank you for going above and beyond!!!

Let me just say I had a nightmarish experience in the Pineville Walmart on Monroe hwy and was afraid how it would be at this one and I have been to another Walmart and it took forever. This is the best experience I have had with a Walmart concerning my car!!!! They technicians and assistant manager were prompt, friendly, considerate, and told me it would be done to put two new tires on my car would be 30-45 minutes! And it was pouring down rain and they still stayed friendly and courteous! The last place I went was a 4 hour minimum each time I went, because I thought it was a fluke and I could come back and the next day would be quicker, and thats as just to have my tires balanced! If I could buy all of them that work out there lunch and a drink I would! They are such a blessing! Will definitely be back for my other two tires when I get enough money.

Took my car there for an oil change and after I left, there was a part hanging from beneath my car. Took it back and nicely explained what happened. Customer service rep, Dynasty, took my keys and never communicated with me any further regarding the status of my car. There were two customers who came in after me and their vehicles were serviced and completed while I waited for them to fix something that they messed up. I asked why it was taking so long and someone else told me it probably wasnt put in the computer, I still waited patiently. I watched as all cars were serviced and gone and Im still waiting. I see the mechanics in the back walking around, talking and not a vehicle in sight while my car remained in the parking lot. At this point, I asked for my keys back so I could take my car somewhere else. They couldnt find my keys. After they were located under the counter, I went to customer service and requested to speak with a manager. I could hear the rep and another employee asking why I wanted to speak with a manager, they send a csm instead of the store manager that I requested. Needless to say, she offered no assistance. I eventually contacted corporate. These people are horrible at customer service and walmart is getting increasing worse. Do not take your vehicle there, go somewhere where there are experienced people who actually care about their customers.
This automotive center needs improvements badly in customer service. This could be a gold mine for Wally if someone in upper management would get involved and coach the staff. Never had a good experience at this service center and do not recommend it. Its not just because walmart is tight on staff, they have enough staff to operate this one much better. Hiring, training and managing.
Waited for 15 minutes or more. Had to call an associate by phone to get someone to assist myself and the line that had formed. When the automotive employees finally came out I, as well as the other customers, was then told we have to wait an additional hour because they were now at lunch.

Listen to me please, dont call or even go to this place. Just keep driving to a better automotive service. They were rude and wasted 30 mins of time and didnt get anything done. Walmart needs to really hire some better people. Dont waste your time or money at this place. They give you the run around and expect you to be happy about it. No longer going to use any services here, thank yall for being so rude and giving me the opportunity to find a better automotive place. Walmart automotive are unprofessional and unorganized.

Never get your oil changed here. Waited two hours and my oil change was still not done. I was next in line when I dropped off my car and when I finished shopping (two hours later) my car was moved, but the guy said he hadnt had a chance to get to it yet. No apology or anything.
Theres a guy named Reg there with dark shades he was very knowledgeable and helpful!!
I see they are suppose to be open till 7 but since they only have TWO techs and they have been there all day I suppose, they close at 4 today 4-3-18. Walmart, hire more help!!!!!!
