Bad at customer service… didn’t ask if I needed assistance.. went in the back while I was shopping and started chatting.. I could’ve easily walked out with un purchased items… all I needed was nail glue, which was in a very odd spot almost at the bottom of the shelves. Had to wait to be rung out..

I wish the stock was better didnt get everything I needed

Travel size dryer is have good power and very handy for gym and good . Strait iron is good quality here .Anyone can buy product but if you have military ID or cosmetology license get discount.

Very pleasant staff and wide selection of products. I have been living in this area for 6 years, I wish I would have known about this store because Im moving to Atlanta the end of this month! I wanted to color my hair and had no idea where to start. The staff took their time helped me and also gave me tips, all while being busy.

If I have to go to Sallys I will for sure come here. The manager was very helpful, even gave me some great advice when it came to my daughters hair. She was nice and attentive. I will be returning for sure.

I have been coming to this store the last 12 years. I love everything about it. However, I am not happy with some of their employees. Some of them are very nice and pleasant. On the other side there are unprofessional employees with no ethics and value shouldnt be on the floor. The manger should get enough training to train her employees...

My eye sight wouldnt let me see objects unless I am close enough. Unfortunately the Razor blades I wanted were stacked behind the counter and I wanted to have a closer look and this Mexican lady behind the counter yells at me to stay back! As if I entered a nuclear bunker maintained by the US Air force! The staff should be trained to be polite to its patrons.

Waited in line for 15 minutes while the cashier was having a conversation with a constomer in a different part of the store. When to went to go ask her to ring me up another employee that I didn’t even see stopped stocking the shelf and went on to ring up the people that were behind me in line. When I told her I was ahead of them she said hold on and continued to service the people behind me in line

I do not recommend going to this place, its the worst, its not worth having good prices, products. If the employees are spoiled, they began to shout at my husband, I was in the back, I noticed the shouting I had and I came, I even thought that they were talking to my baby who is 5 years old. I understood that my baby should not have used a brush in his hair before buying it, but it was no reason to yell at him and my husband as if they were irrational animals. But I told him that they should be more professional, and thank God that my husband and I are educated, because if you find people, who can not stand being yelled at, they will have problems.
