Great Experience. Wonderful Sleep Expert. We dropped in last night to purchase a purple mattress and had an amazing experience. Not only was Keith extremely knowledgeable about mattresses and sleep habits he was so pleasant and friendly. We left with a great mattress, fast delivery, and a plethora of new information to help us improve our nights sleep.

Great experience with Keith tonight. We were overwhelmed before we arrived at the store, (who knew mattresses were so difficult to choose) but once he walked us through the options we were able to quickly come to a decision and now own a new mattress and frame. Very happy with the mattress options and service.

Still waiting to finalize our experience here. Everyone was nice and we have been treated well BUT we need resolution of a problem: we did not get the mattress we ordered and paid for. Overall perfect experience. I started the mattress purchasing process believing it would be a multiple day operation however with the help of Keith at Mattress Firm I was able to get everything done in one day. Keith is a guru of comfort and extremely polite, with his assistance I was able to find the perfect mattress at on affordable rate. If you are looking for a new sleep set up I highly recommend this location and working with Keith.

Chandresh was very helpful and patient. He took the time to help me find the perfect mattress. It was not the most expensive nor least expensive but it was the best one for me. He explained all of the features and answered all of my questions. He was very kind and personable. The delivery process was also wonderful. I was given ample notification of the delivery time. I was then updated with their arrival time. They arrived at that time- at the beginning of the 2 hour window- and did set up and removal of my old bed in 15 minutes. They were very polite and friendly. Overall, the process from entering the store through delivery of my new mattress & adjustable bed frame was outstanding.

Giving this a 5 star because of the great customer service I received from start to finish! A couple weeks ago my girlfriend and I walked in to the Kingstowne location looking for a new mattress for our move. We had no idea what we wanted, but Chandresh Shah came right over and immediately started to assist. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and was not pushy at all when it came to the mattresses. He spent a good 45 minutes with us until we found the right one. He was honest about every mattress providing us pros and cons. Once we picked one, he explained the delivery process and ensured we would get it as soon as possible. He followed up leading to the delivery of the mattress, and we love it! We would 100% recommend this location and Chandresh. If it wasnt for his great attitude and knowledge of the products, we might still be bed-less.

Chandresh was amazing. We were there with the intent of purchasing a specific mattress. He had us test it for 5 minutes to make sure it was the right fit for us. Because I have back issues and I side sleep he said the bed will only be a good fit if I dont feel pressure on my hips and shoulder after 5 to 10 minutes. He was 100% right. And helped us find a mattress that made me want to pass out with in minutes of laying on it.

We had another outstanding mattress purchasing experience on Saturday, 24 April 2021. Previous purchase was in December 2018. On both occasions, the sales staff was helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy. We shopped around at other stores but could not find a better sales team or better deals than at Mattress Firm in Kingstown. I will be using them when it is time to upgrade our next mattress to a King.

Alyzabeth was very helpful by showing us several options in our price range and then also ultimately finding us a nicer discounted mattress. My husband and I have been sleeping on a couch since we got our new apartment and its been hard. That changed once we met Keith. I just bought a frame. The sales person was nice- but didnt offer any information about the options I had. I wasnt able to look at frames before I purchased. It seems strange, but I just chalked it up to poor customer service. Iran it was just a frame.

Excellent! After Value City Furniture sent me a terrible mattress and screwed me over by not allowing an exchange or refund, I came here to find a high quality mattress at a low price. Thats exactly what I got. The man working the showroom (I forget his name) was kind, courteous, and allowed me to make my own decision without pushing me into a more expensive mattress. The mattress was delivered on time the next day and Ive been sleeping like a baby ever since. The mattress is very well made, firm, and soft in all the right places. Highly recommended!

Terrible service. Sales associate lied about everything. The new bed frame I bought did not fit my headboard like I was assured it would. Also delivery service does not include removal of old bed frame like I was assured it would. Do not believe anything they tell you over there.

Iman is such a gem, she was very patient with all my questions, allowed me time to compare prices, types of mattress, and provided all the necessary information i need to make my final decisions and made my first ever in store mattress purchase (only have purchased online) very pleasant. Although I did not get approved for the Progressive leasing (in which i understand why now i didnt provide complete accurate information which was not her fault and I got approved for financing for my furniture an hour later lol) i did not get upset with Iman and then asked her what other options were available and how time sensitive everything was as I am relocating. Iman empathized with me and then provided me an option to make payments on the invoice but my delivery would not be scheduled until payment was fully complete, which is totally understandable i dont expect to receive items i havent paid for. Iman went above and beyond to make sure she satisfied all my basic needs and then some. Highly recommend this location and ask for IMAN or call ahead and schedule an appointment with her :)

Excellent mattress buying experience. Keith was most helpful in making recommendations. I narrowed it down to two mattresses. Picked the new memory foam and wasnt 100 percent satisfied once I had it home. Mattress firm and Keith stood by their no haggle 120 day return policy. I went in and filled out paperwork and had my new bed exchanged in one day. I had read in consumer reports about buying mattresses online or at Costco, but really nothing beat the in store experience to try out the bed. Great customer service. Great buying experience.

Ms. Iman Malik was fantastic! My husband and I went into the Kingstowne Mattress Firm just for information on the Purple Mattress. We had previously visited this location and knew we wanted this mattress. It was just a matter of time! On 24 July, we met Iman and she was very kind and gave us great information about delivery services and such. Well, she offered us a deal on the Purple Mattress we could not pass up! We all found out we have a commonality with the US Airforce. This bit of information fueled Iman to want to help us even further. We really appreciate her hospitality and willingness to connect. We ordered Purple Mattress from this store. One day before scheduled delivery they called and said the order was not complete yet. We gave them longer time than asked, and they still did not get everything until 10 days later,Upon delivery, the crew obviously did not know how to set up the power base, in addition they damaged my wall carrying it upstairs.Two months later I have given up on having this store send someone out to repair the wall and decided to write this review.I love purple Mattress but order direct from company, avoid Mattress Firm.

Ed (Imed) was an absolute joy to work with here at this location. Buying a mattress is no small thing, and the investment in time and money should be carefully considered. He was extremely knowledgeable in product tech, and more importantly didnt just tell us about it all, but took the time to fit us into a bed. It was akin to time spent looking for a good suit or well fitted pair of running shoes. He walked us through the options and explained the differences, making sure we understood that more money didnt necessarily equal a better bed FOR US; most important to him was if it would work for us. He was low pressure and worked hard to make sure we were happy at the end of the visit.If youre considering walking in here for any purchase, I cannot recommend this man highly enough. I will absolutely be returning to this location, this man has my business for life.

I normally hate buying mattresses since its usually the same experience as a used car. I considered buying online to save the hassle, money, and yucky feeling of the sale, but Firas was ready to make a deal on a quality product. We quickly agreed on a reasonable price (that I felt great with) for a twin mattress for my son and picked it up a few days later.

I bought my second mattress here and it was a pleasant experience. I had already done my research and got a mattress that I found online. Jay was our salesperson and she was wonderful. Our future housing situation changed suddenly and I was able to indefinitely delay the delivery, which took about a minute for Jay to do over the phone. When I figured out my housing situation I called and they had me scheduled for delivery within a few minutes. The delivery window is pretty huge, like 8 hours, but other than that it was great working with them. Will probably buy my next mattress there.
