Had a great experience with Jerome it was 100,000% amazing he was accommodating and delightful. From an educational standpoint he taught me a lot about my sleep and how I can prevent my aches and pains from happening. I’ve never been so happy to spend that much money.

The agent was very helpful and knowledgeable of all the products and encouraged us to make the decision that worked best for our bodies. He didn’t try to oversell us or sway us in any direction. Mattresses are just expensive, that’s the only downside. I appreciate the 120 day trial window for us to determine if the mattress works for us. Definitely give them a shot.

Me and my mother went in this afternoon looking for new mattress for each of us. And we had Tristan who help us and he was amazing!! I could have bought one online, but I live in a condo that is on the 3rd floor and delivery to my door is an issue with most carriers. After realizing it didn’t not fit, he provided me with other options on how to ensure getting my item home the quickest way possible. The customer service I received from Mr. Steven Hill on 5/26 was amazing. When entering the store he greated my family and I asking how he could help. I was very impressed with his knowledge of mattresses, he allow my daughter to freely choose which bed she liked and also answered all questions we had. Man, I really hate shopping, so I was dreading going mattress shopping, but wifey and I needed to purchase a new mattress for our room and a guest bedroom. We walked into Mattress Firm and was greeted by this guy, Jerome Jackson. Let me tell you, this guy was the total package. He broke it down like this…”the two things that you spend a lot of time in that can hurt you over time is your shoes and your bed, you shouldn’t skimp on those things.” He gave us background on mattresses that I didn’t know anything about, like the different companies, how long they’ve been in business, and what are the best selling products and why. Me being in my 60s and just recovering from a pretty bad back injury, I felt completely comfortable that we ended up with a products that will be much better than our current bed and also something that will be great for our guests. To top it off, the delivery dates are right-on-time.
