If this place is the same one that services d.c., i would advise everyone to not use this place! first off, they never showed up to their first appointment, although i got off work early just to meet them. no phone call, no apology... second, their initial estimate was completely way off base, and i had to pay several hundred dollars more than i had expected. next, they completely ruined my shower stall, they broke my base and replaced a metal base with a base of just silicone glue, which they managed to spill everywhere! i had to scrape off so much hardened glue the next day from the walls and the floor. also, they took over 2 hours installing a shower glass wall, and the glue base has now turned yellow and is ripping in places, leaking, and mold and mildew is growing where they placed the glue!!! i cannot believe that this company even exists!! i wish i kept the receipt they had given me and pictures of my original stall... now it looks like i am going to have to spend an extra couple thousand to recreate a new shower stall.. i have never been so ripped off in my entire life!

Came on a tuesday morning...place looks abandoned.
