Ive had auto key fob batteries replaced previously, as well as purchased hearing aid and other batteries. This time my Galaxy S9 phone battery was swollen and needed replacing ASAP. As usual, service was immediate, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant and low key. Took less than one hour. Price was reasonable. Will continue to purchase and service my battery and bulb needs here and recommend to my friends and family.

I read previous reviews on Yelp, but I know people are WAY more likely to leave a review after a negative experience than they are if they had a positive one. So Ill leave my experience from today:I scheduled a battery replacement for my iPhone 7 Plus on their website. I showed up at the given time, they checked me in within 5 minutes and told me to come back in an hour to pick up my phone. I came back in an hour and it was ready and was exactly as I left it when I brought it in. The price of the service was a lot cheaper than I was expecting as well, I couldnt be happier with my experience and will tell people I know that need similar service to come check you guys out.

Dont go to this store for any reason. They are inept at best. I asked them to fix my charger port, they said it would take about an hour and half. Then they said they needed 2 more hours. After that point, they said the phone broke. Upon further questioning, the technician said he broke the phone. Let me get my manager. There was about 20 minutes of scrambling and then they said they were going to find a part from another phone. That took about 2 more hours. I sat there waiting for some explanation, something. After the next promised time came and went, my frustration blew over and I asked for my phone back. They put it back together with the home key busted and without a working charger port. Hey, how about a refund for wasting my entire afternoon? Also, its clear if you dont have the coupon for the discount on the repair, they will not tell you about it. And they want your email, but say we dont share info, we are just a franchise, which makes no sense if you think about it. I learned all this because I sat there for 2 hours (!) waiting for my phone to be repaired. Terrible! Get it? Dont go there.I mean it, they will break your phone. Dont go there.

Terrible experience! Never again!I bought the battery, but as it turned out they didn’t have it. They told me that they could place it in order and I need to wait a week. After more than a week I called them back to ask about my order status, but they didn’t even place that order. Great job. Hopefully I will receive my money back.

Store is clean and workers very helpful in finding what you need. Nothing against the store, bought a battery pack that was supposed to be precharged to charge your phone. The battery pack was dead, I believe its shelf life was the cause. Fully charged now, if any issues will take back and get a different brand.

I needed a replacement car battery for my Highlander. I ordered it on line, they wrote back that they had received the order and the next day sent a second e-mail saying it was ready for pick-up. Their store has been modified for operations during the pandemic and all their employees were taking proper precautions. My battery was ready and we made the swap without a problem. They quickly refunded the deposit I had paid since I returned the old battery. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. They seem like a good place to do business.

I was in a real hurry on my day off to get a bunch of things done, and had just dropped off my taxes to the USPS location a few stores down, and noticed that this store replaced batteries for the electronic starter keys for all vehicles. I popped in, and Josh was so friendly, fast, and easy to work with, that he replaced my cars key battery in under one minute (I timed him :) - and encouraged me to come back, for anything that had to do with batteries, phones, electronics, etc. - as the store offers much more than just batteries! Hence the name PLUS! I will be going back for sure to get some bulbs, and any phone cords and chargers I might need as well. Great service, great selection, and the best of all great service!

Phenomenal customer service. They had a good price and great warranty on a new motorcycle battery, but the best thing they did was NOT sell it to me...They tested my old one for free, under appropriate loads, and we discovered it was fine. Even though I had already paid for the new one online, they promptly refunded my money, and the next day I found the problem somewhere else in the motorcycle’s wiring.They could have made an easy sale but instead they saved me $100. Love this store. Pretty much any watch battery I take in there they can replace the battery and they offer lifetime batteries for watches as well. Just wish there was one in DC, but due to high rents I can understand why. They offer car batteries, all kinds of flashlights and now are getting into car key fobs battery replacements. The ordering process was super simple, and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. They loaded the batteries in my vehicle for me. I would definitely shop here again. I bought two 6 volt batteries and they were very fresh, just three months old.

I was looking for a place to laser cut a new key for a replacement key fob for my car and found that this store was capable of doing it. I took 2 replacement fobs in to get cut. The person at the counter informed me that they would not cut third party keys. I was required to purchase the fobs at that store. I asked him if they physically couldnt do it and he indicated that they could but wouldnt. I understand that the equipment is expensive and they need to make a return on the equipment purchase and that the profit of purchasing a key fob would offset that cost. BUT...you could have 2 prices, 1 for when purchasing a key fob from the store and another higher price for a third party (which yours are as well...). My money had to walk out of the store. I had made previous purchases from the store and was happy with the service but now you have lost my business, for good, and received this scathing review because of your policies.

I needed a battery for my alarm system, and I found this store on the web. The online experience was great, whereby I ordered the battery online. The store is stocked with many items pertaining to batteries, bulbs and other items. The customer service was great.

I went in to get my samsung phone battery replace. I thought because of the great ratings to give them a chance. When I got my phone back it, I had received it damaged. I called and the person over the phone tells me to come in and theyll fix the issue. So I drive back literally 2 mins after hanging up, just to find out the repair person and the manager are out. I feel this place is a SCAM making claims about their experience when they do not have the expertise to open a phone and replace the battery.
