Very rude customer service, why you roll your eyes when customers ask you a question?! We did not understand the point of having such a miserable attitude. We were actually buying things. One girl helped us she actually wasnt bad, but the moment Alexis got involved she made us feel like we should just drop the stuff we had and leave. But my girlfriend loved the Jordan products, we bought and left very sad, unfortunately the owners are not aware of this employee who ruins the reputation of the store.

This store is the worst urban store I have visited yet! The staff was very childish and disrespectful. Being a woman that only carries credit or debit cards, I was not aware the store ONLY accepts cash. I was embarrassed and disresprcted by the staff on duty that day and when i asked for management both my kids and i were laughed at loudly, by staff(management included). This was around Christmas last yr. My son wanted some men leggings badly so i did leave to go to the ATM and returned to the same attitudes. I will NEVER return or refer my family or friends to this ghetto, fabulous store!! Ever!!

Brought a pair of expensive shoes for my son who wasnt with me. I asked employees at time of purchase if shoes are too small could I return them. The lady said yes, as long as I had receipt. Well shoes were too small, I returned the next day to get a bigger size, which they didnt have. So I asked for a refund, they dont do refunds is what she said she told me. ( BUT AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE THE CASHIER SPECIFICALLY TOLD ME TO KEEP UP WITH MY RECEIPT) Why would she mentioned a receipt, If I cant return shoes??? Of course she denied it in front of her manager. I wouldnt have bought the shoe, had I known it was a no refund policy. Ive never heard that type of policy on a brand new,expensive shoe. No signage was posted saying NO Refunds. Only one shoe was tried on at home.. Its been 5 days an counting, we are still waiting on the correct size shoes, that is supposedly coming from New Orleans via FedEx. Its not another state, Its New Orleans.I had to go to another store, an spend more money to get my son shoes, because he needed shoes to start school. Jimmy Jazz will never see me or my money again. This is a horrible policy. Jimmy Jazz needs to fix this policy, or they will lose lots of customers. **** Update*** After much run around I called the store by the 4th day, because they said shoes was being shipped thru FedEx. No shoes, but they said by Thursday, the shoes would be in. So that Thursday I called an spoke with manager, of course he was no help. So I went to the store an spoke with General Manager who just happened to be there. She was rude, nasty, an confrontational, an stated she was proud of her manager, because hes not supposed to order 1 pair of shoes anyway. I asked for cooperate #, an left a message, I still havent received a call from them yet. As Im talking with her discussing how I need my money back if they cant provide the product. The FedEx man comes in. But did he have the shoes??? Nope he had everything but the shoes. Well when Saturday approached Jimmy Jazz called an said shoes were in, by this time Im fed up an told them I dont want the shoes, I can go online an sell the shoes with no problems, an I will never shop at that store AGAIN. People when you buy make sure that you can absolutely, positively return or exchange without hassle, especially if product is expensive, an shows no sign of wear. Ive never encountered problems with a store before. Mind you I wanted to be rude as hell, but I know that doesnt solve anything.
