Very nice people very organized up-to-date with having the same stuff every time I come back Im grateful to have them

This Walmart has a very good food section and the rest of the departments are so small that they are basically non-existent. With that being said, this is probably my favorite place in the area to buy food considering the lowest prices are here by far and the selection of produce is great (although it isnt always the freshest). The staff are not friendly but it doesnt really bother me, the organization of the store is pretty straightforward so Ive never had to ask them for help with anything. I can only rate four stars since the every department outside of the grocery section is small or lackluster

Loved my experience, Walmart had what we needed and wanted.

Just wanted to highlight Q who worked in customer service/pickup. He was very attentive and eager to assist me with my order. When I experienced an issue with my order, Q was quick to find a resolution. He stopped what he was currently doing and turned his attention to me as soon as I came in. Q was friendly and took good care of me in the very short time I interacted with him. Thank you Q!

Can someone explain to the store manager who requires her employees to physically inspect receipts when were in the middle of a pandemic is a really bad idea. They can still make sure all items have been paid by having the customer hold the receipt up in the air. But touching receipt after receipt after being handed to then by countless customers(even thought there employee has on gloves) doesnt stop them from spreading it to the customer. Just a little advice from a formerCovid-19 Contact Tracer.

Walmart promotes walmart+ for online shopping but they cant seem to ship the correct items. I constantly have to return orders to the store. There is usually 1 service worker at the return desk & 7 to 8 customers in line for returns. When I complained I was told to shop in store to get the correct item. So why do I need walmart+ and why is it advertised?Bye-bye walmart ... hello Amazon!

I gave this Walmart a try today for groceries, but the frozen food section was largely barren shelves. Has the Great Depression II started? I realize there are container ship problems but how on earth can the management allow inadequate stock on the shelves. Every empty shelf is company profit lost. There is technology to monitor inventory you know.This Walmart is an older one in a strip mall section of town, but walkable to Metro (if you are a hiker).

Good service. It was organized. Would go again but not Sundays afternoon. Not enough registers open. Lines very long. Other than that found everything I was looking for.

What can I say Walmart definitely prices things at a rate that is affordable for majority of their items compared to their competitors. I usually can find what I want the first time around which makes me happy because I dont have to go anywhere else It is a one-stop shop concept. Ive never had a problem returning anything. I receive a gift card if Ive lost my receipt. they know you will be back sooner or later! Go check them out and do a comparison! And now they deliver just like their competitors and have curb side assistance deliver.

The smallest super Walmart you’ve ever seen. It used to be a Michael’s. Limited supply but good usually but they are always out of everything you need especially with covid but before that too. Most staff doesn’t speak English at all. They have to take you to someone else.

Pick up service does not answer the phone so be prepared for that. Walmart app wasn’t working to check in a head of time, but I’m sure that wouldn’t have made a difference. I called the number three times eventually called the main line that didn’t help finally on call four they answered. A pick up order took 20 minutes to get. With only one car in the entire pick up line unacceptable

I enjoy shopping a this Walmart but they need more people at the register.

This Walmart is orderly and clean. Always note workers stocking more goods on shelves. Most of them very helpful when l approach them for assistance. Cashiers and Self Checkout available. Bathroom appeared to be recently renovated. Many choices of products.

For this to be a super Wal-Mart they do not have a big selection of items besides having a market inside. Lines are ALWAYS long with hardly anyone on the registers. Have to do better.

The fresh fruit wasnt so fresh. Then they were out of so much. But at the same time they had stuff if that makes sense.And I am all for everyone that can work should work however, this is America and we speak English here. If they are going to hire people they should be able to speak and understand the English language. I wanted some plums I was looking for them I didnt see them so I was trying to ask two different people that are working with the fruit do they have plums. And neither one understood the work PLUMS.

The only reason Im giving only three stars is because its the tiniest Walmart Ive ever seen. 😀 Even when I pulled into the parking lot I was thinking Wheres the rest of it?I went to get some leggings. The womens clothing section was small. So small that they mixed regular and plus sizes together. I walked around a couple of times to make sure I just wasnt missing another piece of the womens section but nope! That was it. 😲So I left. The employees were very nice though!

By walmart standard, pretty clean. Was fairly well stocked too considering how many other stores have empty shelves due to being under supplied.

I started going because milk is so much cheaper there. Over time it has become my first go to store. I only go elsewhere if they dont carry something. They have produce, frozen foods, office supplies, casual clothes, pet supplies, makeup.... they grow on you.

Love this location! Always clean and stocked! It beats out ALL the Walmarts in the District as well as the MD locations in and out of the beltway. Worth my drive into VA.

One of best places around to get more groceries for your money

Staff just watched me stand at the customer service center and even called one there Co worker that was restocking to get out of there so they didnt have help me. Until I had enough of it and spoke up. Then said customer service is closed 8 to 8 but there store hrs are 8 to 11 and on the website say there open 8 to 10 mon -Fri? Sat 8-8 umm... its Wed ? So basically if you shop Walmart and need assistance before 8pm or after good luck with that. Makes absolutely no sense customer service should be open to close

Hello?!?!?!? Its Walmart. The prices are good, the store usually busy and lines are long. Not a place for the unvaxxed and to be maskless! The people watching 👀 tho is something to behold.

I went for a pick up order. It was really fast and T was super nice. I will definitely order pick up again.

This store has all of the things a basic Walmart has. The grocery section very good. They sell car stuff. The shelves werent very well stocked on this visit but Im sure thats not an all the time thing. And the aisles seemed kind of narrow. Overall, great store.

I haven’t been to this Walmart but as a previous Walmart+ member and someone who orders Walmart delivery every so often, I’ve had the pleasure of be serviced by the employees via phone. Every time my delivery is delayed, I always reach out to this Walmart to get a status update on my order and I always get helped immediately. One time my order was cancelled and the GM reached out personally to extend her apologies and offered me a coupon for my next delivery. The customer service from this Walmart is top notch! I just have to make it in store.

Over the last couple of months Ive noticed that the shelves havent been stocked, especially the first of month which I guess could be expected. Its at a point I havent shopped there in awhile. And today wasnt any different, shelves were empty. Im not sure if they low staff.

Pretty nice Walmart a little small but good customer service and we found what we needed.

Im not too fond of this Walmart. I have gone here about 5 or 6 times, and each time I am disappointed.The products available do not match the website when looking for specific in store items.The checkout lines are hectic and feel disorganized.

Very busy not enough cashiers. Thats any City and State Walmart just dont have enough willing bodies to take care of the customers. I dont know what it is but its sickening having to wait in line for 45 minutes on a self check.

When we travel to other areas, the Walmarts are fantastic. Clean, spacious, well-stocked. My local Wal-Marts... complete S-holes. Just disgusting. I try to avoid going there but sometimes, you just need to ... mask-up .... Take a course of antibiotics ... and make the trip as quick as possible.

My reviews are never short but this one will be.How about opening some more registers for Christs sake? It was a Tuesday afternoon and it looked like Black Friday in there.

This is my favorite Walmart Supercenter. I find everything I need at the best prices. And if I dont find something, a couple miles south of this one there is another W SC. AND is a nice drive from my house... no bad trafic, beautiful scenery. So, nothing to lose.

Everything i had on my list was there, but the main problem at checkout time. Was in the checkout line for at least 45mins. It wouldve been longer, if not for some people got tired of waiting and left. Middle of the day, on a Friday.... you would think shopping would be easier.

Great selection of bikes - wanted a 10 speed and was able to find one under $250 that didnt require me to change the shocks or handle bars!

Alwaus has pretty much what I need. . .

The staff do their best and are professional, but this place is always so crowded and hectic! The lines always take forever

Clean, air-conditioned, sediment-ready sellers. I was looking for real fishing gear but could not find it.

I love this walmart. It has almost everything. It has the bakery which is why i come here mainly. Totally love their bakes especially cheesecake and pecan pie. This location has definitely more options. I have exchanged and returned few items several times. Never faced any problem. The staff are professional and helpful.

This location is smaller than a typical Supercenter. However they have plenty of food items. Bakery, deli frozen, produce, meats etc. The rest of the store has all the departments you find at any Walmart. Fast in and out. Self check out or cashier. Parking is a issue during the afternoon.

They dont have as nearly as much stuff as the one down the st. Grocery is nice and its a spacious store pretty decent products. The lines dont move as good as the one down the st either.

There are always long lines to checkout at this store. It is really frustrating because it doesn’t matter when you come because there is always a line down multiple aisles.

This is not one of my favorite locations. I like that they have beer and wine but other sections are lacking and sparse (i.e. the womens section) its small and there was mostly plus size items.

This is just the best way to get everything you need all at once

Second visit there on 7/17. It did not disappoint.

They had what I was looking for..

Its Walmart baby. The place to go for all your needs. The one thing they have not had since last summer is the small size tikki torch replacement wicks.

Not too many options in other departments besides the food. They have limited stuff and cramed up but great produce.

The store was busy when I was there, and I only needed a few items. I I informed two employees that the manager needed to open the line for people with 20 items or less. The self checkout had one employee overseeing the customers. They probably have 8 self checkout machines, and only two regular ones open today. Walmart should have had all four of their registers, and the 20 or less line open. I was very disattified today. It took me over 15 minutes to check out today. There is no excuse for the delay I experienced today.

Maymuna was very helpful and had a possirive vibe, made a great time in walmart.

I use to love this Walmart but it seems like it isnt as well stocked as it once was.

Overall okay. Long lines but typically moves fairly well except holidays and the 1st of the month rush. Certain areas have improved such as apparel and the baby sections but items are sparse and limited outside of diapers, wipes, formula. Never seems to stock ethnic hair care products. Pharmacy staff is quick and efficient. Grocery section pretty decent. Ample choice of fruits and veggies. It does have a beer and wone section. Can cover most needs in a one stop shop close to my home.

It was awful the store shelves was about empty. Im disabled they never have any riding carts available. I will never go to this walmart again. NEVER AGAIN

Always crowded, hardly anyone working the register. Cant buy steaks or anything like that here, it does have a groceries section but hardly has anything you need.

I came to this Walmart store(my 2nd that morning) looking for a 12 pack, 16 ounce package of Deer Park water. I saw one on the top shelf all the way in the back of the shelf, almost falling off the shelf. I couldnt reach it so I asked for assistance and an associate came to my aid climbing on the top shelf to get the last package of water and did it with a smile. She gave me her name(I am so sorry, I forgot it) and I said I would tell all about the service I received. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. Customer service with a smile.

The key to having a good shopping experience in this Walmart is to get there early. I only go in between 7:00 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. and its quite efficient. The produce is always good and for the most part there is an array of products available and the shelves are stopped. Do not expect the staff to be super friendly or helpful.

This is a smaller walmart superstore that is open 24 hours. Seems to be empty for a walmart even late night. But can get kombucha here late night and you can buy lower end electronics off hours. They have a grocery and pharmacy also good lste night. The self checkouts are closed so the cashier can manually check you out. Not sure if thats fear mongering or a actual shoplifting problem.... but this is not the only place Ive seen this. Anyway its open

I dont like this location 😕the route 1 location is dirty to appearance. And never have what Im looking for. And the management I just cant imagine.

Cool except one of the women working the floor was too lazy to open ammo case so I could purchase a box. Telling me it closes at 10p even though it was than 5 minutes till 10p. No problem. I almost left the store, but decided to ask a guy who was more then willing to help me out.

The Mall is entirely too congested. Parking was a nightmare. The Super center is old and was extremely crowded. I will not visit that Walmart again. To add insult to injury they didnt have what I wanted.
