Always had a great experience. was helped right away even when it was very busy when I have gone there and I have even brought my kids who love to go there. I highly recommend this place. I have been to the store in st. Cloud an wasnt treated very well at all. If anything give it a shot dont go off negative reviews.

My wife went in to get a prerelease kit and deck box. She waited by the counter while the cashier talked to friends and ignored her. Even after finishing up with them he wouldn’t acknowledge her and walked around her without saying anything. She eventually told him that she needed help and asked to see a certain brand deck box, which he condescendingly corrected her pronunciation on and proceeded to hand her the wrong one. After finding out the prerelease kit was more expensive for “I don’t know” reason she called Sneak Attack in St. Cloud and for the same price of $30 you get the prerelease kit, a set booster and a card of the prize wall. She went there instead and even though they were packed she was instantly greeted and helped. She was in and out in less than 5 minutes while spending 15 in Elemental just trying to get help. She says she’s felt that way every time she’s gone to Elemental, they never want to help. It’s well worth an hour drive to never give them our money again

Almost intimidating atmosphere been there a few times and staff will almost ignore me as well. I’ve been in and asked to be taught and just shrugged off. Also some shady stuff going on in the back room which is not cool to be doing in a business especially that kids hang around! Will not be back

Elemental Games has a great selection of Magic products and older games which was really nice. It was nice to see a multiple Magic games going on and that the community were very friendly Their D&D sestion was sparse, but did have a few basic sets of minis. Overall Elemental Games looks likeba cool place to hang if you like Magic.

Cool place, pretty laid-back and chill - which I like. Large selection and usually always has stock of the newest MTG sets. Finding older and/or rarer cards might take awhile, going through boxes, but I feel like that is the case for any card shop.Would recommend to friends and family.

They offer a variety of different card games and supplies to suit your needs, positive environment.Im relatively new to magic the gathering, and everyone here has been so helpful in getting me things I need and helping me learn the game.

I would absolutely do business here again. Even though there were other people being helped it was still a short wait until they got to me. I went to Elemental Games to get rid of old Magic Cards that I had. They looked through it and offered me a very fair price. I ended up giving them my entire booklet of cards. Do business here if you can! Highly recommended!

Only things I would like to see differently are more variety for accessories, more used game selection, and more interaction from the staff with new people. Really enjoy this store, and their cards, cases, etc. Are always well stocked.

Ive shopped and traded cards at this store since dominaria (MTG) came out. Business is business but when the man behind the counter (Waldo) makes it seem like he doesnt want to hold a conversation or even seemingly be there it makes it hard to want to continue to give the LGS my business.

Good selection, fair prices. The staff were unfriendly and not proactive in customer service. A bit disappointed, as I felt unwelcome in a store that I would like to be comfortable spending lots of time (and money) in. My male friends who were with me did not share this negative experience.
