The customer service needs improvement. Equal treatment to everyone is the ethical expectation from customers. Yet they lack way far to address customers questions and make differentiations among customers. Meet the standard customer service and quality products.
Lisa was so pleasant and helpful! This was my first time at this location and I will make sure to only come here from now on. The rest of the staff is very polite as well.
Good prices and very helpful staff.
Dr. Gomez was the absolute best eye Dr Ive met. I was and am extremely happy with the attention and detail he gave me. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Gomez for any questions about eye issues or eye care.
I have been using this location for years. I have always had great service. I wouldve given it 5 starts, except that I wasnt told that the exam for contacts was going to cost me quite a bit more out of pocket. I thought it was covered under my insurance. They are very friendly, and helpful. I had to go back multiple times because of my lens. They were eager to help, and exchanged them out with no problems. I would recommend.
I’m not sure why anyone would rate the Walmart Eye Center at less than 5 stars. I love everyone in the office and everyone in the glasses shop. Everyone is extremely nice, very helpful, and always willing to be of service. I’ve not encountered one single grumpy or unfriendly person. I have recommended them to all of my friends and my husband has even switched here. The best part of all is that no one try’s to up-sell me on anything- services or products. That is not what I can say for the regular ophthalmologist office I used to go to. All they cared about were sales numbers. Highly recommend the vision center at Walmart!
The cashier was very friendly and informative. Thank you for all patience and for explaining my insurance benefits as well. Will come back again when I lose this pair!Sahel
This place is a joke. The doctor is in a hurry at all times. I believe he also sells eyeglasses in walmart. Do yourself a favor. For the same price you can get a much better service elsewhere!
Though its on the small side, its still a great place to get your eyeglasses. They dont do exams there but theres an optometrist that takes walk-ins right next door so thats convenient. I just recently got a customized pair of fashion eyeglasses with gradient tint (not prescription) for use at work. They have a better selection of sunglasses there than others so I got a stylish pair of Bollé prescrip sunglasses, too. They accept most vision insurance plans, and have AAA discounts.
Great customer service every time I walk in. Both Solange and Charlotte go above and beyond to help me out.
Great customer service, they have a wide variety of glasses to choose from. The cost is very affordable.
Very helpful, friendly staff. The doctor at this location is great, too.
Dr. Gomez is outstanding! Great doctor and service
LESS THAN A STAR!!, I JUST HAD TO PUT THAT TO ADD THIS EXPERIENCE: Unprofessional and horrible experience regarding purchasing contacts from this location in Kings Town. I have 20/20 vision & purchased Air Optix colored contacts, I purchased a few boxes and the representative whose name is Marcia gave my the last contact boxes that were close to the expiration date, when I went to explain my situation to the Manager and to sales Rep Marcia, they both referred me to a 1800 #. Not only did I spend a huge amount on the expensive contact that ended up expiring before 2yrs (which is the length they should be before expiring) they refused to exchange or even give me any credit. I was referred by an individual of a website where you can purchase the same contacts and not go through the hassle I did. Especially if you buying expensive contacts. Patients are better off buying contacts from a the website called ACLENS. Very unprofessional!
Went there 2 times they were closed and on the door it said they will return at 4 and I waited an hour until 4 and when they opened they said the doctor is still not there and to wait around 30 mins. Thats ridiculous!
Okay so first things first. I had earned a 40 dollar gift card and I was planning to buy a dash cam with the gift card. So Im at Walmart buying the dash cam (with 2 years warranty) and a SD card. The total was roughly around 90 dollars. So I brought out my gift card and showed it to the cashier. The cashier scanned my gift card and the total became around 50 dollars. Note that the gift card was already deducted. Right before we were about to pay, there was a power out and the system shut down. Everything was wiped out, and they couldnt find my payment so they had to scan my stuff again. An employee named Amin came to help out. So he scanned my things and asked to scan my card again. But when he scanned my card, the balance was already zero. So then I asked if I could get the 40 dollars back, but he said I had to pay the actual price and that I could not get my 40 dollars back. But the thing is, they already took the 40 dollars off my gift card, so why cant they give me back 40 dollars since I havent used it to pay anything yet? They owe me back my 40 dollars. I was only gonna use it on the stuff I was going to buy again but he insisted that I would have to pay the full price. But why?? Walmart now has my 40 dollars so why cant they give it back to me? I did not use it at all to pay anything so why couldnt they give it back?
Inexpensive glasses that takes my insurance.
Service is lacking, depending on person you get. Not going there
Vary bad service, i went to this facility recently no customer service, the very worst part is that they diagnosed my prescription glasses wrong, after wearing, i was suffering from headache for a week or so till i got my right prescription glasses, dont west your time here they have very awful service, charged me almost 200 dollars got nothing out of it,
