The best Baskin-Robbins in the area! so many flavors and the cakes are decorated so nicely! the owners are so very kind and store worker Robbie was very quick with my order and made my sundae delicious. 10/10 will come again! :)

Baskin Robbins - reliable and you know what youre getting. Folks at this locations are always nice and accommodating. What can I say? Its ice cream. Oh, and they have vegan, low cal, and sugar free options to scoop. 😁👍

Terrible! If I could give it 0 stars I would. I have a severe dairy allergy. I ordered non-dairy cookie dough on Uber eats and Baskin Robbins didn’t even call me to tell me that they didn’t have it. They gave me regular instead without even calling me! I ate a few bites and got so sick after I realized. I will never order from here again. I realize I’m ordering ice cream, but I go here for their non dairy options. Employees should be aware of allergies if you are working in a food business. The employee said she gave me regular ice cream because they didn’t have dairy free. This is just very unacceptable!

The customer service at this BR is always wonderful. They always have 44 flavors of ice cream and the cakes are always stocked. It’s nice to see that they have also been taking covid seriously yet maintained great service.

Excellent service for pickup! i brought my online order home and found it was missing something. I called the store to let them know and the owner drove the correct item to my house. They really cared about making it right. I will be back!

A generous assortment of ice cream and sorbet flavors, and they carry Rocky Road in quart size too. Clean shop and attentive employees, probably the only store nearby with more than 16 flavors.

Delicious place to eat ice cream. Try the cotton candy flavor...yum it is delicious!!! They sell ice cream cakes and single ice cream for kids. They are really cute.

Never disappoints!

Came here and they told me they don’t have mocha blasts available. Pretty sure they just didn’t want to make it because the girl who “knew how to make it” was in the back. Didn’t try to accommodate or get me to switch to something else. this location used to be really great. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

Ice cream was good. Would be nice if employees offered suggestions (besides the flavor of the month) as there are so many flavors and treats to choose from!Would also be nice if there were more tables or at least extra chairs - it was difficult for 6 adults to enjoy our ice cream together. There were only 4 tables/12 seats that I saw (two 4-tops and two 2-tops).Oh and there were numerous signs that said if you bought two scoops you would get a free waffle cone, but the 3 of us who got two scoops were charged for our cones. We didnt complain, but I recommend looking​ at your receipt if you care about getting what is advertised.

Its Baskin Robbins nice on a warm night

I ordered the demogorgon sundae and was so excited to try it. The lady working there made it with the wrong ice cream. It was supposed to be strawberry ice cream and she made it with some nasty ice cream with large chocolate chunks in it. I don’t like chocolate and didn’t notice because it was drenched in strawberry topping. They were also out of the waffle bowl that it’s supposed to come in. She also failed to put the red sprinkles on it. Honestly extremely disappointed. How hard is it to make one sundae correctly when there was only one other customer in the store?

A well-run, well-staffed Baskin-Robins. Plenty of flavors and indoor seating. Officially no outdoor seating, but there is a public bench right outside. Very approachable for walkers from the neighborhood. Highly recommended. Also they offer ice cream cakes and pints to take home. Stop by after going to Farlington Pizza or Ramparts.

Manager/Supervisor is always welcoming. The best ice cream in alexandria, VA. Highly recommended to bring your kids or family.im sure they will enjoy!!

Went for the Stranger Things icecream it was good Eleven Heaven was sad they didnt have the Stranger Things take home quart containers

Great ice cream & friendly staff, smallish suite with three or four tables inside. Parking can be hard to find afternoon.

Looks like they changed their closing hours from 10PM to 9:30PM, didn’t realize working an extra 30 minutes is so hard. A man just needed some ice cream smh
