Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Outstanding customer service from start to finish. I spent about a week dealing with them on a tractor, I believe in buying a dealer and not a brand. I had conversations with sales, parts, and service. I felt very comfortable buying from this dealer, ALL of my questions were answered by knowledgeable staff. If everyone was busy I always received a call back. I could not ask for more from a dealer.

Last Friday I stopped in the Alexandria location to get a tune up kit for my mower. I couldnt remember the modle number of my mower so we couldnt figure it out. This was the first time I have been in this location since Goldman took it over. Yesterday I went back with the model number. I stood at the counter for several minutes with out even being acknowledged. All the employees behind the counter made eye contact with me. None of the asked me if I needed any help or someone would be right with me. I could have accepted that. There was an older white man helping a customer at the counter. A black man on the phone behind the counter and Three other white men standing behind the counter in the back by the windows to the shop talking not helping anyone. After standing there and not being acknowledged I left on my way out a lady sitting at a desk by the door said have a nice day.

It was a great dealer ship. But after spending that much money on a tractor. They was to cheap to throw in a pto drive shaft. I mean they but 300.00 dollars for one. And you spend all 30,000 dollars on a tractor and they couldnt even throw in a pto shaft. Really!!!!!!!! And then they tried to keep the buster that they added to the bill. I Just think they could have took better care of there customers than they did. And the salesman chris is not a good and honest salesman. He did not ask us what we wanted for our second attachment. He just assumed he would put a middle buster on the paper work. And we ask for a Bush hog instead of the buster. When we picked up the tractor and the salesman chris said he couldnt because it was all over with since he done the paperwork. So if anyone goes into the Alexandria Louisiana store to buy a tractor dont get Chris for your salesman. Cause he is not a honest person are sales man. I think he should have to lick his wounds and make this deal right. By giving us the bush hog we can use.Thanks: Jody Mullins
