Terrible customer service. They told me my mower would arrive on a certain day and it never did. Everyone that worked there seemed upset with any and all customers. They did not offer me any help whatsoever. Highly recommend shopping somewhere else for your JD. I have always had good experiences at every other John Deere store except for this one.

My grandson was so excited to look at lawn tractor and the staff certainly didnt like their jobs as they we unengaging and not friendly. They did have a nice selection of toys and clothing which we did purchase

I called about a lawnmower the salesman said he would send me photos and get my questions answered. A few days go by and nothing so I called back and the salesman said oh we sold it a couple days ago. I asked him why he never got me the information that he said he was gonna do. Way to many excuses. I asked to speak to a manager. Even more excuses. I finally talked to someone who said he was a manager but all he could say was basically it was my fault and this kinda stuff happens all the time. I was nice enough to tell him ware to go and how to get there.

The salesman (Kyle) was great to work with! He explained everything well and got a service tech to go over the detailed stuff. Id recommend them.

Find another place to buy machinery. Bought a 16 row planter that wasnt even close to the description the sales man said it was. Missing and broken parts. Dont think they ever left their desk to look at planter before describing it. Shipped it missing the monitor, then sent a defective monitor. And to top it off, thought they should send me a bill for loading planter on a semi trailer, after I bought it from them. Would NOT recommend doing business with Midwest Machinery to anyone! They will screw you any way they can.
