Great looking showroom full of furniture made by my favorite brand Lazy Boy. Have unlimited selection you can order in any material. We were shopping for leather sofa & loveseat. They had several different models to choose from in store but wife wanted specific color choice so will be ordering. Also since I also want a new recliner the salesman sized me up for a larger one that fit my height & large frame. Stop in & see Ricky, hes very friendly and knowledgeable.

Salespeople were nice. They helped put together a furniture set that fit our needs. Prices werent too awful and they gave us extra discounts.

Buyer Beware!!!!!! A 1-star rating is being nice! Bob the manager at this location talked to us on the phone or dealt with us in person no less than 10-15 times over 4 months and every time Bob had a new lie to tell without hesitation. The longer it went the more absurd Bob’s lies became. Our chair was delayed because of the oversea tariffs on fabric!! Bob told us the service man came to our house to fix our brand new chair, but we assured Bob no one had come. Bob then said someone did come but no one was home. We asked why didn’t someone call first and the lies kept coming...Bob said they called us twice and no one answered. When we talked to the service department face to face, the man told us they haven’t been to anyone’s home for service in 2 years and had never been given a call. Bob provided the worst customer service experience by far we have ever experienced.

We purchased a 3 piece sofa set on 7/6/2019. The guy that helped us was named Tyler and he was a pretty nice guy. The manager also seemed nice, but I cant remember his name, he made it seem as if we had come to the right place to purchase furniture. We paid cash for our furniture and even picked it up ourselves, but when we got it home, we had a pillow missing and a hole in our chair with tape covering it up like they knew it was there. So I give the manager a call and let him know about both things and he kinda insinuated that we misplaced the pillow. On top of that he promises a new chair by that next Friday and then calls and tells us later that it would be 4-6 weeks before we could get one but we could gladly keep the one with the hole in it. Worst business ever, never doing any business with them again. Id advise anyone to never go to Browns furniture in Alexandria.

This isnt the place to go if you are just looking to browse around. Our overly friendly, and pushy, salesman greeted us at the door and then followed us around the store even when we requested to be left alone to browse. We did end up coming back though because they had a piece in their clearance section that we couldnt find elsewhere.

Looking for a recliner before I had back surgery. We told them what we wanted and how much we wanted to pay. Instead they took us to the most expensive recliners they had, not a fan. We left.

My son purchased leather Lazyboy furniture there 4 years ago, they have had trouble with the furniture ever since they bought it. Manager refused to do anything and will not even return phone calls from them.

Most of my furniture has come from here...They have great deals and very good customer service

My experience at Browns was terrible. The salesman that helped us was very pushy during our entire visit as well as rude, almost to the point of insulting us. We asked to see multiple couches and living room sets and he kept replying yall are killing me and Well whats wrong with this one?. We left and went to Ashleys and Ivan Smiths and furnished our entire living room and dining room. The staff at both places were a delight. Stay away from Browns. Well never return.

They had a great deal on a certain group of merchandise! I just pray I can find a deal just as good once I have the $ available to me again !!

Need to stop having their kids doing the advertising on tv. Its annoying and I wouldnt buy from a store that has kids advertise. Bad idea.

Had an emergency chair breakdown and needed one fast great price fast service and could not ask for a better chair the new Catnapper is a great chair to buy if you are looking for a new and better recliner period is just as good as a lazy boy if not better.

Its sad when they complain to the manufacturer, because a small business that has one store, is beating there price. Dont give these people your money. Support the small business in your town.

Had money to spend and was asked to take my drink with a lid on it out of the store, I will take my money somewhere else....

You can go there and they will help you and if you need help financially they can get you financial help for little to nothing

When I didnt seem interested in buying a $1000 recliner salesman seemed to patronizing to me.

Wouldnt help me with finance because what I wanted to purchase wasnt over $200 since it totaled $190.

Me and my family just left the store. No one came to check on us or even asked do we need help finding anything. The employees at the desk didnt say a word when we pass by them. They dont even deserve one star.
