The store was sort of disorganized this time,like inventory was taking place,you could fine what you were looking for but with difficulty

Don’t buy a 150 pound tank here. We bought one & had it filled. When we needed it refilled, I went back. I was told by the employee filling tanks that “he couldn’t fill it.” I said that I had bought it here, & that they had filled it then. He said, “ A customer had drove off with the value to fill it yesterday, & hadn’t brought it back yet” This is a flat out lie! It doesn’t take a different value to fill the large tanks! I didn’t argue with him. I just left to get it filled elsewhere.

Customer service is always great here in the Alice, Tx location.

Tractor supply always has what I need, from dog food to farm gates and gardening supplies I can count on tractor supply. The employees are always willing to go above and beyond. Store is always clean, organized and stocked.

Always a fun place to wander the aisles and plan your next home or ranch project. Always clean and orderly and the staff is very helpful. I try and shop at least once a week to support our local store. Much more homier feel than Home Depot or Lowes.

I placed and paid for my order online, I should have been able to go to Alice. Step in TSC, show order number, and get loaded and leave. But I was forced to wait in the store twenty minutes. Which put my health at risk. Thats why I ordered online in the first place, the cashier on duty was rude, and provided poor customer service. I will not be back.

Love Tractor Supply! My husband and I got a sprayer. We also got chemicals for the sprayer. I shopped the ladies section, and got some great shorts. We shopped the pet section and got dog food. The store is clean. The employees were helpful and kind.

Friendly employees and clean store. Shop here because they are the only store near us right now in Texas that carry the dog food we need for our dog with allergies. Love checking out their Montana silversmith jewelry.

The store does have lots of items and at very good price. I have had only one problem and it is not just here. The problem is that the people who answer the phone, normally have no idea what is setting on their shelves. I normally have to go to the store then pic a department, look myself. If a clerk tryst to help,( no we dont have any of those), I look one more time,,I find it just to their right or left

Tractor Supply Co. is a store with a lot of stuff you can use. Western wear,work boots, rain boots, and tools of all kinds. The only trouble I have with the store is I wish I could take more than I can afford. Dam

Love going there its a place where I enjoy getting supplies and the are always friendly.

I like their products but this is the second consecutive time I want something from outside and they make me walk back and forth several times. Told me to drive through the gate to load up. I get to my truck and the gate locked. I have to go back inside to ask for someone to unlock the gate and help .e load.

Went in wanting to do a replacement on a item i had purchased. With a warranty but cashier was completly rude. And talked down to me like i didnt know what i was talking about. I will not recommend this particular store at all... So Thanks to the cashier there will be a few less shoppers.

Went to buy Wild Bird food and black oil sunflower seeds for cardinals, green Jays, rit mouths, white wings n others.

Customer service needs improvement. Not so busy but it took a long time to get a question answered and a long time waiting at check out.

Some employees are rude and theres never anyone to help you find stuff.

Walked in to get assistance with propane was told they would page someone. Waited 10 minutes and ended up calling from the car to get assistance was told they are working their way out, another customer has been waiting also. 15 minutes later we get service. Slow service.
