I have not always experienced honesty from other auto repair organizations, but Steve, Chris and crew have won me over. And even during challenging times with my throw-away car, La Paz has made it possible for that car to keep going.

Renato Benz Service Is the Only Place you want to go with your Mercedes BenzI have been to server Mercedes shops in the Orange County area and I have to tell you that Renato Benz Service in Aliso Viejo is worth going to even if you have to drive a ways to get to them. I have a 2005 CLK Cabriolet and recently had an issue with a Steering wheel power tilting issue and a partition shock issue with my convertible top. I had gone to 3 other Mercedes Benz shops locally and they all quoted me a minimum of a $1,000 plus but none of them could quit figure out the exact problem. They wanted me to agree to the minimum fees before addressing the issues. I was beside myself, if you are going to quote me on something please tell me the issues prior to agreement. I fortunately was referred to Renato by a reputable source, Renato took the time to find out the issues and give me an accurate quote, and in addition I now have 60,000 miles on my car so it was time for my A Services. By total bill out the door was close to half what the other SO CALLED MERCEDES EXPERTS quoted me, and this even included my A service. Renato explained in detail what had to be done and made everything like new! Renato is an honest and experienced Mercedes Expert with over 30 plus years. If you want to Mercedes repaired right the first time for a reasonable prices look no further.
