HONEST REVIEW!! I looked at reviews everywhere just like you, and stumbled upon TechFix (thanks to reviews). Not only did the manager/owner (Cameron) answer all of my questions honestly, and acknowledge all of my concerns, I agreed to get my phone fixed. There are a couple locations. I was so grateful to have someone I could trust to fix my phone, AND have a warranty so I didn’t have to come or leave anxiously, if something had gone wrong. It was perfect! Nothing went wrong aside from me needing to get my phone fixed again :) and of course I didn’t even think twice where to go. I was really s stressed about my phone needing to be repaired again, but Cameron is so calm and understanding and you can tell he’s passionate about what he does! Phones are an insanely important part of our lives and money definitely doesn’t grow on trees. I’m really glad I came here, highly and confidently recommend anyone else here, and will surely return (knock on wood if I need it!). It’s a relief to know places like this exist and that it’s not the end of the world if a phone breaks/repairing a phone is almost the cost of buying a new one. You get what you pay for in quality. The screen is a literal Apple quality screen/product. The comfort of going somewhere that cares, thag you can rely on is pretty invaluable! (This review is from an honest customer who’s way clumsier than I want to admit)

10/5 stars!! These guys know what theyre doing. I came in with my phone that wasnt making a full connection while charging. They were transparent with pricing, took their time to do it right, and went over prevention measures for the future.Note: They dont have a standalone location. Theyre located inside the main convenience store in the middle of the shopping center. Had a little trouble finding them at first, but it was worth the search. Now I consider it a hidden gem!

I went to TechFix to get a crack on my phones screen repaired. Camron was super helpful and very friendly! It was very refreshing to see such stand-up customer service. I am only going to TechFix for any of my tech issues moving forward!

Bait and Switch. I spoke with this company twice. I was quoted a price over the phone and than they quoted me twice the price for a cracked screen when I showed up. I waited for the person who quoted the price to return to the shop. He apologized for the misquote and error but would not honor the price. I drove 30 minutes and two conversations to assure this price. They are more expensive than the Apple store or any mobile service. Beware. Unprofessional and dishonest!

Life savers right here. Camron helped me today with a phone that had water damage and had been fully submerged. Super happy with TechFix! When I was looking to get our iPad fixes, TechFix was one of the companies I contacted. They had the best price and were super close to our house! Not only are they fast and reliable, but they are really great communicators ensuring you know every step of the way what needs to be done and when you can expect your device back. I spoke with Cameron as I had a quick question about my phone having trouble charging. He explained that the issue was the port itself and said he could fix it real quick for a small fee. He had it done in 15 mins and now the port feels tighter. If I have any more issues with my phone, I’m definitely coming back.

I thought my phone screen was cracked. Big diagonal crack lower left to upper right. Ordered new glass from Tech fix and made an appointment to drop it off. Very professional on the phone. I had to change my appointment three times. No problem.Took my phone in handed it over and they told me hang on. Took the screen protector off. No cracked glass. It was the heavy duty screen protector. Handed my phone back NC. Not even for the replacement glass they ordered for me.Great professionalism. Highly recommend.

I use my phone for work, needed a repair on my cell last minute... I called, was told to come in. Got my phone checked out. 15-20 min later my phone was fixed! I’ll be letting everyone know about this place. Great service from start to finish !

Extremely professional service and communication. Dropped an iPad and the screen shattered. TechFix not only fixed the screen, they found an additional issue caused by the drop and fixed that as well. The additional issue caused the need for a new part which they ordered and installed, but not before the let me know. Communication and updates were fantastic and they were super friendly, professionsal, and affordable. Highly recommended.

Was at All Hands Car Wash in Aliso Viejo to get a car wash. I noticed TechFix phone repair renting a space inside the store. Was having trouble with my cell phone so I asked if it could be fixed. They said, yes. It was fixed while getting my truck washed. Very convenient, and a quality repair. Reasonable price too.

I went to fix the screen of my iPhone and they did such a great job! It was quick and easy and they were so professional. I told them I didn’t need a screen protector for the phone because it was going to be turned in and he offered to put it on my new one instead. I thought it was really thoughtful. I started have an issue with the battery on my older iPhone. I reached out to TechFix and got an immediate response from Camron. We set up an appointment and he took a look at my phone. He had to order a replacement battery and was great at keeping me informed of the status of the delivery. Once it arrived he called immediately to set up a time to replace it. Camron is awesome!! I came in to get my car wash at the station he works at. Asked him if he had a wireless charger. My car charger wasn’t working. Amazing phone repair location in Aliso Viejo. Great service fixed my phone in 20 minutes and they did a great job! Charged me 95 dollars for my iPhone 8 Plus to replace the broken screen and LCD, which is by far cheaper than any place in Orange County. The place is inside of the Chevron lobby, very convenient location and amazing customer service.

I had a very difficult problem that Samsung could not resolve. I tried fixing it every place I went like China, Spain and here; but no luck. The Techfix guys never gave up and tried everything. I am a very satisfied customer and will always go to them first.

My new favorite iPhone repair shop. My daughter dropped my iPhone X -cracked screen and back glass shattered. I was worried because the screen wasnt even turning on anymore. I cannot begin to express my gratitude to Cameron and his team...Sherwin...Their level of professionalism & expertise related to ALL products (especially my iPhone and MacBook) are superior to any business I have encountered.!!Consider this COVID reality, I could NOT get an Apple repair appointment for my Macbook that would not turn on, (with a repair 3rd party facility for 2 plus YES 2 plus weeks!!!! WOW!!!! There is a huge problem Apple with your 3rd party tech repair crew and why OC Tech Fix is not an authorized repair shop is utterly bewildering and financially a fail on Apples part-the truth hurts Apple so face it)Specifically they or OC Tech Fix could have charged me when they investigated my Macbook when it would not turn on.... OC Tech Fixs investigation took 7 hours at least...but not OC Tech Fix....they would NOT accept any money (for their companys 7+ hours of investigation on my Macbook) when at the lest I could do something to value their time...I wanted to give them a donation or at least pay for their time end effort spent on turning on my Macbook but NO...IF YOU HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY, GO IN AND HAVE OC TECH FIX HONESTLY HELP YOU TODAY!

I brought in my son’s iPhone 8 Plus last week and they were able to quickly replace the broken screen. I called a few other stores in the area and they had the best prices by far, saved me about $50.Also Camron was the person that helped us out and I am very happy with the great customer service he provided. They sell screen protectors so I got one for my son and another one for myself. Great deal and very convenient.

I can’t say enough about my wonderful, professional experience with this business. I somehow locked myself out of my iPhone and it wasn’t going to let me back in. I thought I would reset my password which caused the shut down of my iPhone and lost everything. After spending over an hour on the phone with Apple, I was suppose to go into the store at Shops in Mission Viejo. When I read all the negative comments about the Apple Store there was no way I would go there. I fortunately came across TECHFIX in Yelp Cameron at TECHFIX was a delight. I tookmy Mac Pro laptop so he could transfer everything back on my phone and he used the Cloud. (Remember your passwords, it helps). He even gave me a new screen and screen saver with no charge. He fixed it the same day and I needed a new battery because it wasn’t holding a charge anymore. All for under $125. This is the only place I would ever trust to fix my computer or phone. Great job guys!
