Very disappointed. We had purchased two phones through TMobile and specifically mentioned that we need it unlocked because we travel frequently between the US and Europe. They told us that we can unlock our phones anytime after a couple of months and that we will have no issues when traveling abroad. So therefore we had purchased the phones and are paying monthly for it. I just went back to TMobile to have my phone unlocked before my departure, and I am now told that I have to pay in full in order to have my phone unlocked so I can use a European SIM card.If I would have known, then I would have just purchased the phone directly from Apple, pay monthly, and get it unlocked.Clearly there seems to be a lack of communication among the staff at this store with three different people telling me different things.If you are a person that needs to travel, then I do not recommend buying a phone through them since they will not unlock your phone unless you pay in full. Lying also seems to be a great strategy in selling their stock of phones. Should have just gone to apple.

Horrible service. Jill the manager started arguing with me and then she told me her Dad almost died due to covid and that I shouldnt tell her I was in quarantine for 12 days and had no way tonrwtyrn my phone.
My experience at this location has always been good for a variety of services although in the past the wait was often long and/or it took a long time to get finished with the transaction. This time was awesome. No wait. Peter helped us quickly and efficiently. The shortest visit we ever had and we left with all the information needed and Peter offered to help us install the phone features if we needed help. Peter was kind enough to call me later to explain he found a way to save $$ on our bill. So we went back to make those adjustments. Done in 5 minutes. The T-Mobile website has become more efficient as well. Good experience today. Peter was a model of customer service. Helpful, explained things without taking a loot off time and not pushy.
Great Customer Service! They made setting up the new phone & transferring a breeze. Very nice, SUPER patient with my older, non-tech questions. Peter was awesome & made me feel at ease
T-Mobile continues to impress me. I came into this store today due to some issues post-move into my new house. For some reason Im in the middle of a terrible dead-zone and Jarvis in the store was able to get me setup with what I need. He was incredibly helpful and courteous.I switched to T-Mobile a year ago from Verizon and have so far been impressed with the great customer service. Keep doing what youre doing and youll keep my familys business.
As a family of 4 we switched to T-Mobile and were promised unlimited data worldwide (up to highest speed available in the country), as well as $.20/minute international calls while abroad or to a foreign number - among other things. Turns our we do not get unlimited high speed data worldwide, we get high speed up to a certain (low) amount and then 2G speed, what a joke and a lie. We also are being charged $3 A MINUTE for calls made in the US to foreign numbers. The staff has bluntly lied to our faced on several occasions and then we are told there is no way to confirm or deny what we were told once we signed up. Couldnt be more upset with their malpractice.
Very friendly and fun staff. My sales person Jarvis was extremely helpful. He also had a great knowledge of the phones and what they can do.
I have been a tmoble customer for 10 years and really only had THE BEST interaction and service from them. I went in today because m pass code wasnt working and Joshua figured out why. He is amazing- Ask for him if you want an excellent problem solver!!!

Ive been coming here for about 7 + years. Ive only had to wait an excessive amounts of time once. Ive never had a problem with employees, equipment, plans or getting in and out to pay my bill when I needed to. Overall, I highly recommend this to mobile. I only gave it 4 stars because to have 5 would mean... ummm, free espresso, or a good muffin or something.
Had a lot of issues activating my iPhone and Apple Watch. Marcus helped me out two days in a row when customer support could not.I spent three hours on the phone and he had me out of there in 20 mins.Thanks T-Mobile Aliso Viejo!

Terrible service. Jake was the only present one. A-Nish on the other hand when I came in the store he just looked at me and carried on his own business with a customer I waited and waited until Jake took me but when two different clientele came in about 20min after me he said to them Sir someone will be right with you to both of them that came in two different times. Not once when I came in. Then when I called the store to talk to the manager no one answered. Meen while Im watching everything thats going on there. There was this short little guy I thought he was the manager because he came from the back but ok I figured him for a break. The service was eh--- thats about it. NOT IMPRESSED.
The agent Anish was not showing any help, no welcoming.I asked him about my headset warranty, he said we dont sell it here, I said look at your system, its installment on my invoice, he said thats correct, but we cant help you, contact the vendor, I said give me the purchase date and vendor contact, he gave me wrong purchase date, I said its clear from the installments the date is wrong, he said thats what I have, contact the vendor, I cant help you.So unprofessional !!!

I just got a new phone and needed a new sim card it was all going smoothly up until i gave the lady my phone she put a paperclip to remove the sim tray but she clearly didnt know what she was doing as after it was partway in she bent the sim try, i didnt notice until i got home but she was fiddling with after she bent it so she obviously knew what she did but decided not to tell me. It still works but now there is a scratch on my sim tray on my brand new phone. its not a major problem but you would think people who work at a phone store would know how to put in a sim card.
I have visited the Aliso Viejo T-Mobile store (9763) twice in the last 4 months and both times Rebecca has been extremely helpful and went out of her way to help me resolve the issues I was having with my phone service. I just wish the phone support was half as helpful as Rebecca was in dealing with customers. If so, T-Mobile would have a MUCH better reputation for customer service. I dont normally write any reviews or comments on service, but with the time she took to assist, I had to take the time to show my appreciation. I hope her management realizes how valuable of an employee they have with Rebecca. Maybe she should be in charge of T-Mobiles phone support teams. They could learn a LOT from her!I dont know that my T-Mobile problems have been resolved, but the effort that was given by Rebecca has really made me feel better about the whole issue and I am willing to try to work it out now.
There are only two reps in the store and I had to wait for a long time. And the worse, they couldnt help me and had to call the call center.
