Dropped car off on a Sunday night. Left keys in center console. Parking lot looks likes a junkyard...couldnt find a place to park my vehicle and ended up parking on city side between sidewalk and street. Called Monday morning at 11 a.m. Owner reprimanded me for where I parked and complained about not leaving keys and instructions regarding what needed to be done. I said thats why Im calling now. Called multiple times during normal business hours and nobody answered until Thursday. Owner said he hasnt been able to look at it yet. Finally got a call five days after dropping off, on Friday. Owner said he doesnt know whats wrong and that he would have to take it apart to find out. I said just leave the keys in it and Ill pick it up. Owner said I owe him $70. I said for what...starting it up and listening to it? He said well, I had to jump it too, because the battery was dead. All I wanted was a diagnosis, which he was unable to do. He was very rude and dismissive every time I talked to him. DO NOT take your car here for service... should have known better when I saw the appearance of his parking lot. Highly disorganized, along with inside of shop.
I dropped my car off there to have him check it out and let me know what was wrong on a Friday, he never called and told me what was wrong, and then locked my car in his garage all weekend. My questions seemed to annoy him. I felt like a huge inconvenience to him. The guy who owns this place is the biggest tool Ive ever dealt with. He tried to scam my warranty and when the warranty company called and asked me about it and I told the truth, he told me I was stupid for not trying to take advantage. Oh and the thing he was trying to fix wasnt even broken by the way... I would never go back to this place, and if you are a woman I suggest you find another place to deal with.
