Backstory - Ive had the same pair of glasses for about 15 years. I dont wear glasses often, as I prefer contacts, and my prescription hasnt changed.I have been to many specialty glasses stores lately to find a new pair of eyeglasses, but was having trouble finding a pair for me. Whether due to size options, shape choices, available colors, overall lack of selection, etc., I quickly realized I needed to be willing to settle for any almost decent frame. Then I decided why not try Target and Im so glad I did! They ended up having the best selection of frames and I found so many that I liked, it was hard to narrow down the choices! The employees were so patient while I tried on almost every frame and were the perfect balance of helpful and hands off in letting me explore all the options. I did end up choosing a pair of glasses that I now cant wait to receive and wear! I would definitely recommend 1000 times over! Thank you Target Optical!
The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Making sure I received the pair of glasses I wanted and verifying everything my insurance was going to cover. Great experience and reasonable prices on name brand eyewear.
I did not have my eye exam performed at Target, but I knewEXACTLY where to go to get my new glasses! Jessica was super helpful and an amazing resource to help me make the best choice for me. She was patient, very knowledgable and a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend her and Target Optical to anyone needing to purchase new glasses.

I was 10 minutes late and sat in waiting area 10 minutes and was told I would have to come another day after taking off work, fighting holiday traffic! It wasn’t what was said but how it was SAID(very sarcastic). So I will take my business elsewhere!!!!! I was a repeat customer but didn’t like my treatment today as if I work for y’all! Y’all work for the customers and even if I was a tad late her vocal delivery could have been friendlier and more empathetic! She ruined my happy go lucky birthday mood! Yes today was my birthday!!!!The doctor is wonderful but her office staff she may want to check on their delivery of words!

My wife and I went to look at some frames here for her. We didn’t purchase them here, but get this, they still charged our insurance. We attempted to purchase glasses at LensCrafters across the street, the prices are much cheaper for the same frames, and when we did this LensCrafters informed us our benefits had been used already. After the poor woman at LensCrafters got through calling our insurance, we come to find out they submitted an order even though we didn’t order anything. Don’t trust these people they are shady.
Everyone at this location is professional and friendly. Help with any insurance information or questions I have. Would highly recommended to anyone.

Jennifer is so amazing! My family has gotten 5 pairs of glasses from Jennifer over the years. I’ve always worked in customer service myself and love the friendly service she gives to everyone. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my glasses.
I ordered my classes on 6/14/19 and was told that it would take 10 days. I received a text on 6/20/19, 6 days later that my glasses were in. I walked in and was immediately waited on both when I ordered my glasses and when I picked them up. I received top-notch customer care and will be returning and referring friends.
My son went for an eye exam, the service was top notch from start to finish. The doctor was very patient with him and explained everything to me in great detail. We went over to the retail side to look for frames and the staff there was so welcoming and friendly I almost couldn’t believe the level of service they deliver.
Against my better judgement I decided to get my new glasses at this location. I was told paying an additional $35 to warranty the glasses for 18 months. That was a lie. It was only a couple of days later that I read my receipt and saw the $35 was only good for 12 months.Next I was told my glasses would be ready between 7-10 business days and I would receive either a call or a text message letting me know theyre ready. Mind you, I need them for work, not for leisure nor to look cool.Now comes the kicker. 3 days ago I call them and was told theyre enroute and well let you know when they get here, fine. Day 8 I call, was told theyre in transit. 9 hours later I get a call from Jennifer telling me they were waiting on 10 glasses to arrive and mysteriously they vanished? Mine included! Really? Sure she apologized but, come on a family member ordered their glasses the same day, got an update their glasses were ready Saturday, and shes blind! I wasnt provided a date as to when they may arrive. Will it be 2 more days, another week or a month?! Nothing just Im sorry.I paid almost $300 for horrid customer service. Will never patronize this place again.

Best customer service experience in a long time. She cared that my daughters glasses fit comfortably and just replaced them off the rack when she couldnt fix hers. No questions asked.
Dr. Lee was by far the sweetest Dr. Ive been to about my eyes. Very warm and welcoming vibe there. I got my eye exam and new Ray Ban glasses their due to their service.
After waiting two weeks, my wifes glasses were lost in the same shipment as E Ms (see previous review). I called at 9:44 am today and the shipment was myseriously found. Were they ever going to let us know this? Its now 5 pm and we still havent received a call to come and get them. The woman I spoke to said that they needed time to sort them...or something to that effect. If this was my business, I would have all hands on deck working frantically to try and salvage my stores slipping reputation.
Had a appointment scheduled for today and she told me they were closed and stent opened until Monday to do my eye exam
The customer service is great. The fact that they push those stupid cooper contact lenses on you is not great. I specifically said I did not want them. I was told try them for a few weeks, if you dont like them we will change them out. After two weeks I was told that I would have to pay for a whole other exam to have them changed. I told them several times that I had already tried cooper and didnt like them. I will never use target optical again. They are to much of a hassle.
I had the most incredible experience with the staff at Target Optical today. Dr Troung took her time to understand and solve my vision issues. She is gifted and kind and patient - best Optometrist ever! After receiving my new prescription, I went to the optical store to find glasses and sunglasses. Jennifer was so much fun to work with! She helped me find the perfect frames for both and even though it was a bit time consuming and challenging, she was patient and commited to making sure I was not only happy, but excited! I am soo impressed with this team and I cant wait to pick up my gorgeous new frames!!
I did not expect such a great experience when I went in to buy a new pair of glasses! Trina helped me to find the right frames for my face and took the time to talk me through all the details. She was so helpful and friendly!
LOVE these ladies. I even say hello when Im not ordering contacts/glasses from them and just shopping at Target. My kids do as well :)
Been almost three weeks and my glasses are the wrong prescription and they still haven gotten my contacts in. I keep trying to get my glasses fixed but they keep telling me to wear em. The glasses are making my vision worst and it feels like they are not my glasses and I’m trying to adjust to someone’s else’s persecution. With insurance I paid way to much for this to happen.
