Stay away!!!!!!Too bad i cant leave 0 stars. cc readers dont work. Theres a 180 second time limit on prepay so the second time i ran my card i literally had to run to the pump. Only medium grade gas worked.No paper towels.

Tried buying those little tacos! they were literally rock hard. i couldnt even bite into them. WORST EXPERIENCE at a 711. thats disgusting!! this place needs to be reported to the health inspector!! food is not supposed to sit out for that long under the heat lamp!! disgusting!! i will definitely be reporting to Allen health department!!

Sign says $2.89 for gas, the pump says$ 3.09. Thats false advertising! Get your gas elsewhere. State of Texas needs to investigate this location.

Credit card reader wouldn’t work on the pumps for me nor anyone else. I had to go inside, was using my GasBuddy card to pay and it kept getting declined even though I used it the other day. The cashier was rude and kept yelling declined at me. Ended up going somewhere else.

Possibly the slowest fuel dispensing Ive ever experienced. It took maybe 5 or 7 times longer to fill 20 gallons than it should have.

My wife and I went to the 7-eleven to get a cup of coffee. When we checked, the coffee was cold, therefore we asked for a fresh pot. It was approximately 6:30 pm on 2/18/2019. We asked the sales associate guy to make us some. He was very rude. He said the coffee was fresh but the pot wasnt working. We checked again but the coffee was very cold so we asked him to use the other pots. He had this headphones on the whole time and was talking on the phone. He denied the request and showed anger towards us. He told us if we wanted we could take the cold coffee and that he didnt care and told us to get out of the store. Did a customer have to face that much insult and rude behavior just for a cup of coffee?? It was disgusting and unbelievable how we treated. It shocks me that such a reputed company like 7-eleven would put out such behavior towards their customers.

Dont even THINK of using the bathroom here! In addition to being filthy, no soap, no toilet paper, no towels. Also every pump outside was out of towels. Obviously the owner of this place doesnt care

First bathroom was disgusting second calm down! I did start gas withing three minutes but i had to go pee. Just because you were too busy to see me start pump doesnt mean it didnt happen. Dealing with that guy is more stress than its worth just to get gas. As i leave hes saying i didnt start it as i go to bathroom he keeps asking if i started it. I may be a female but im not a moron. Chill out!! Apparently it was done pumping gas by time he looked up. Geez.

His name is Samy and he is probably the rudest clerk in the history of 7 Eleven, can you imagine a clerk asking you to take it outside, physically threatens you and call you all kind of name? Why ?? Because we demanded to see the total before we swipe our debit card, he said i already told you your total yes you did but do you mind if i see it on the machine before i swipe my card?Why is this guy working customer service? He clearly does not belong there, not even at a South Dallas location. Samy how you got your job is as a mystery as why you are keeping it, you should get fired for physically threathening a customer who has the right to see what he is paying for.You are disgraceful and disrespectful !

No paper, No soap no sanitizer. Asked for paper and it was set on trash can which was over flowing. Toilet was disgusting and there was no offer to clean or apologies for the fact. Worst 7 eleven Ive ever been to. I work construction and use them often so been too many different locations.
