DO NOT GO HERE. Their donuts & kolaches are subpar and they are not honest with their pricing. They charged me $30.60. I thought that seemed a bit high for what I ordered. I calculated the price myself (including tax) & it came out to $24.01. I ordered 12 small regular kolaches ($1.09 ea), 6 glazed donuts ($0.75 ea), 2 chocolate glazed donuts ($0.85 ea), 2 apple fritters ($1.30 ea), and 2 blueberry donuts (devil food) $1 ea.After bringing this to the ladys attention, she just took $2 out of the drawer and tried to give me it for me to leave. I then did the calculation (same as above) and informed her that she overcharged me $6.59 (27.5% overcharge). She punched some keys on her calculator, mumbled something about the box for the kolaches is extra, and then handed me $4.01.I took that and left since I was now starting to get late for work and did not want to deal with it. Anyway, please do not support this dishonest business

Very friendly lady! Very cheap for what we got and it was DELICIOUS! she also threw in some donut holes, free donuts are always welcomed! Well worth the trip.

We have a Rep/ Vendor that brings Donuts & Kolaches from BT whenever she visits and I tell you, were all 🤩 when she arrives with these goodies!! I travel from Carrollton to Allen for them!

I dont see what people are complaining about. Price is fair for the location they have. People pay $9 or so for Starbucks coffee and a muffin, here you get coffee and 2 donuts for $3.50

I went in for the first time to order 3 1/2 dozen glazed donuts. She said they were running low and would do 1/2 chocolate and 1/2 glazed. As she was filling my boxes I counted the glazed and there were enough to complete my last 18 donuts. She refused to fill my order - saying she’d do cake because that was all she had for other customers. I have never been refused an order as a paying customer to “save” donuts for people who “might” come later. Wouldn’t filling my order and then making more made sense? This is a terrible business and I won’t be returning.

Fast and friendly service and very clean. Im shocked by the several negative reviews. Id hate to know how many times me and my family have stopped here for donuts over the years and have never gotten anything but extremely fast and friendly service. Often with an extra donut or two thrown in for free. Now, if you show up at 1:30 PM as one reviewer did, you may not have much choice, but Id hazard a guess that most every small donut shop in the US would be the same.

Amazing customer service and some of the best donuts Ive ever had!

So far this summer, my kids and I have tried 7 different donut shops. At each one, I get an apple fritter, unless they dont have them available (to my dismay). THIS was my favorite apple fritter. It was big, perfectly crispy, full of apples, not dry. The girls ordered donuts. My youngest girl ordered a strawberry filled donut, which most places do not even offer. Even though we often disagree, we all seemed to like this place. Usualy, we try to eat at a different donut place every time, this was too good not to do over.

While I admit the product is excellent and the owners are very very nice I can only afford to go there two maybe three times a month. When I do go its to get donuts and so on to share with the folks at the office. Unfortunately with the economy that it is, this place is just simply WAY to expensive..

Really loved the donuts, but I work at the bar next door and even though they were there and had donuts made, they refused to sell me donuts at 4:30am 😞 Sad donutless day. I get it, but I would have been a regular at least twice a week so no money for you, and I TIP!

I think that I simply havent had good doughnuts before eating these! Now my problem is that theyre too close to my office so I go here too frequently to eat, lol. Super tasty.

Great donut shop thats conveniently located near my office. Ive always had friendly service and a great product.

I arrived 20 min before closing and they were already throwing donuts away and when I asked for a specific donut the owner rolled her eyes at me and said Ive already thrown them away and she went on to put a chocolate donut in my bag and I told her I was allergic to chocolate so she threw it back on the shelf and asked was that all I needed... so she rang up what I had and snatched the money out of my hand... gave me my change and walked off... I will NEVER come back here again.
