I always get my Afogato from there. Its yummy! My kids love their ice cream, different flavors and tastes fresh all the time.

I love Paciugo, but I have no idea what the Watters Creek location is doing. Both of my go-tos dont even taste at all similar to what they are supposed go taste like. Im not visiting this location anymore.

This place is absolutely delicious - blows all other ice cream places out of the water if you ask me. They let you sample any flavors you want just like everybody else, but its super decadent - staff was super friendly, conveniently right in the middle of waters creek, you wont be disappointed.

Yummy dessert, pleasant customer service, cozy atmosphere. Loved the sea salt caramel, coconut, and pistachio.

How do you ruin a hot latte twice in a row? Simple, put some simple minded gen z to make some coffee. Lack of proper training or lack of care? No way to know for sure.

I came here with a bunch of friends, and everyone enjoyed their ice cream. One of us bought some coffee, and that was actually decent, too. This location is at Watters Creek, which is really nice. Its the perfect place to go to for dessert after eating dinner at Blue Fish or Cheesecake Factory or wherever. There was also enough seating for our group of around 6-7 people.

We had a really nice guy behind the counter who was friendly, good with recommendations, and exceedingly polite. The gelato was all great, and the toppings were fresh and tasty. The area is pretty cute too. The only thing I have to say bad is the tables and walls were a little roughed up with damage from customers or something.

The fact that this place is packed every time I have come here is a testament to how great Paciugo is. They have a lot of great flavors, it isnt too expensive, and even when crowded the service is quick.

The boy that was working on August 19th, 2019 at 9 PM was incredibly rude and hostile. I LOVE Paciugo but I have never experienced service like that. Unacceptable.

Gelato was good as always... but we went in 40 minutes before they closed last ...40!!.. and the girls working we’re so extremely rude. If we came in 5-10 minutes before they closed, fine..but we didn’t and She clearly was so annoyed that we had gone in. I’d rather drive to Plano and receive great service

As Italian I can say that the gelato is real good quality gelato as you can easily find behind any corner in Italy. The place is nice but unfortunately the waitress was lazy and a bit rude. A smile and a welcome! would be appreciated.

Excellent gelato. They have so many choices, luckily, theyll let you sample them. Its a little pricey for ice cream, but you wont find this level of yumminess at your local ice cream parlor.

The gelato is tremendous, with an incredible variety of innovative tastes. Alas, service also has to matter, especially when the prices are as high as they are here. In our two most recent visits, the service has been terrible to haphazard. In July, for the frozen drinks we ordered, and had already paid for, they didnt have the milk necessary to make them: Were just going to run over to Market Street (a nearby grocery store) to get some. Then, last night, we bought four small cups to go. They didnt have lids and refused to give us styrofoam containers to take them. Sorry, was their best response.

I have been to multiple other Paciugo locations in the DFW metroplex, ranging from Dallas, to Plano and Frisco. When my wife and I went to this location, there was nobody there when we walked in. We had to wait a few moments for what appeared to be the only worker to come out from the back. When she did come to the front, she didnt really greet us and just plainly asked what we would like (other locations usually greet you as you walk in, and ask if you would like a sample before ordering). When we did order, we noticed that the Gelato was practically melting in the glass display where its stored. Normally that wouldnt be too big of an issue if you eat it right away. We were grabbing an order for ourselves and getting one to go for a friend about 10 minutes away. My wife had mentioned the final order was to-go and needed a lid. The employee handed the cup to my wife with a spoon in it anyways and no lid. When my wife asked for a lid, the worker did not say a word and practically slammed it on the counter (which cracked the already flimsy plastic lid to the point it would not snugly fit on the cup).Summary - if you want Gelato, skip this location and go to a different one. The combination of bad service and a halfway melted product is definitely not worth spending you money here.
