Pandora at Watters Creek is filled with some of the most kind, generous people youll ever meet. They are professionals that relate on a human level which is hard to find these days . They bend over backwards to help with a smile and sense of humor and appreciation for those that are dealing with. I go there exclusively because for me its the quality of a person thst makes the experience and there are only quality people at this location.

I was there in mid December, when everything and everywhere gets a little crazy. The people made my experience an enjoyable one. I was helped by Maya, and she was knowlegable, efficient, friendly, and helpful. Several of her co-workers helped in wrapping my gifts and were very friendly.

This stores hours are wrong. They open an hour later and close an hour sooner than listed. Major inconvenience as we have shown up at 11:00am which is supposed to be their opening time and shown up just after 6:00pm when they are supposed to be open until 7:00pm and turned away both times.

Awful service, didn’t give my mom who purchased a bracelet a box or even a bag, they just gave it to her in the clear little plastic bags they come in. They also took advantage of her and gave her an euro instead of a dollar but lied about it. She doesn’t speak English. Two of the girls there were rude and trying to rush us. Wouldn’t probably come back.

The Watters Creek Location. Took my God-daughter to get her a special gift for her 15th. She picked out a beautiful ring. She loved the experience and we will go each year to add to her collection. Highly recommend this store and location, fantastic customer service.

I love the store and its products. However this last visit I was disappointed. I came in to fix an online order I placed. While the young employees were quick and nice to help, what appeared to be the manager on duty did not say hi, did not offer to help, and said she could not accommodate. I appreciate the other employees but the attitude of the manager will have me writing an email about the service.

This is my favorite location, I’ve been to the North Park location serval times and always had a bad experience. At this location the staff takes their time in helping you find the perfect charm, bracelet etc. The store manager at this location was EXTREMELY friendly. I will definitely be back.

3 years ago we bought my mom a bracelet at the Allen Watters Creek Pandora store and have continued to purchase additional charms for it. Shortly after we purchased it, the clasp broke, so my wife took it in and they sent it off for repair. A couple of months ago, it broke again, so we returned to the store.We were promptly told by the representative, whose name we did not get because she was not wearing a name tag, that this bracelet must be really old because she had never seen it. She explained the one year warranty and said that she could not help us. I asked her what alternatives there were and she said, “There are none.”My 78 year old mom asked if there were someone at corporate she could speak with about the whole situation with the repeatedly breaking clasp, and the representative told her no because this store is a franchise. I’m not sure if she is the manager or not, but she gave us one of the most memorable bad customer service experiences we’ve ever had. She offered no sympathy nor any creative solutions. I finally had to ask if there was another bracelet that the charms would fit on. She acknowledged there were, but my mom was done with it and said she’d take her business to James Avery.It is beyond me why the franchise owner would would allow such a horrible representation. Maybe he or she has no idea. If I the time, I would look up the name and give them a call, but I don’t have the time. I am just going to send this message and take my business and my recommendations elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. I visited the store on 12/28/17. When I arrived, there were two sales associates in the store. One was with a customer. The other one looked up and welcomed me and told me that someone would be with me in a minute. Turned out, that associate actually had a customer too, but the customer had gone out to his car to retrieve something. No big deal. I browsed for a minute and a phone started ringing. After a minute or two, a fellow came out of the back of the store and answered the phone. I was standing right in front of him, so I know that he saw me. In a few minutes (while he was still on the phone) a couple came in with a child. When the fellow finished his phone call, he started helping that couple that came in 10 minutes after I did! On a side note, the couple must have been raised by wolves, otherwise they would have pointed out that another customer was in the store ahead of them and unfortunately, this couple will raise their child to be equally rude. I usually do not shop lower end jewelry stores, but had seen a couple of bracelets that were cute and thought that I might like one. Ill stick with the higher end stores. . .much better customer service.

Love this Pandora store. The staff is always helpful and they know the product well. I have been to different locations from DFW and I will continue to shop here. These bad reviews are from people that expect the store to bend policy for them. Shame on you.

We went in and purchased a bracelet with 4 charms.We were given a tiny beige satchel to hold the items.I asked for a box and bag and was given a cheap plain black paper bag with one tissue in it.My daughter is opening these items during her birthday party and thebpresentation is just awful and its as if I had purchased these items second hand.Not pleased at all with their lack of attention to detail.

Wow great stuff

Came here to get my girlfriend the princess ring about a year or 2 back in silver and they were sooooo nice! Came back recently about 6 months ago and bought the ring with the big square diamond look and they were soooo nice again. Everything i got from them was packaged well and handled with care. Lastly i went in a 3rd time to get her the matching necklace and you guessed it. NICE AS CAN BE AGAIN! Never had a bad experience here and although i didnt get a necklace on the last visit they were still pleasant to work with! Wish i could give them 10 stars instead of 5

Very disappointed in this store they constantly are never saying hello, or even giving guest service! They expect you to know exactly what you want or your out of luck! There is one employee specifically who will pressure you into buying other items, not taking no as an answer! Just not getting the fact that some sales aren’t meant to be! Never going to this one again, completely disregarded the current sale not knowing the terms and conditions of the free earrings! Disappointed compared to my stonebriar Pandora visits! Never going back again!

It’s been a year of shopping at this location...I have been to this location many times and have spent $1000.00’s. usually a male employee helps me out, he is awesome. Today I walked in an asked a question to an older blond lady... I have a Disney necklace and the glass cracked, I wanted to know if it was a warranty replacement. She took 15 mins to look up my account to see when I purchased it.. I am 2 months out of warranty, ok we can draw straws on 2 months.. but what mad me irritated is even if it was in warranty, it wasn’t covered anyway! Why waste my time looking it up if it’s not covered either way???? Really not amused!! I had a list of items I wanted to look at and purchase but walked out frustrated and angry!

I will not ever shop at this store again. I have been trying to get a ring from there for two months now and they keep making up excuses. I am having to go get my money back and go to the one in Frisco since they actually know what they are doing and keep stuff in stock. This place is a joke.

After a HORRENDOUS experience at another location, STONEBRIAR Mall, i walked into this location, which i should have done to begin with, i was needing to exchange a ring i was given for Mothers Day... the 2 ladies, Hanin, and Tamara were nothing short of amazing.... They told me they didnt have the exact ring i was interested in but offered to find me one at a different location.. i was then told they have 4 at the Stonebriar Mall, mind you i was there earlier and was told they didnt have it when i tried to do an exchange, and also there was 1 in Mesquite... Hanin made a phone call and guess what? I pick it up tomorrow!!!! I couldnt be more excited and more elated at the customer service I received at this location.... what ill never understand is how one stores customer service can be so atrocious and this one is absolutely amazing!!!!!!! These 2 ladies are amazing and this location is blessed to have them!!!!! I will forever be a customer of Watters Creek Pandora...

My wife is a Big fan of Pandora. I have visited more than 5 times and all the time we purchased something. However. Whenever we visit there. It makes us feel so sorry bad and unfriendly and even unlikely to go. Staffs members are not well trained amd even thier attitude is so bad to deal with custumers. I will not go there anymore this shop location. If you go there you will be experiencing so terrible that you make be sorry!

Some people are excellent sales person and helpful.a number seems tired i guess.one person treat us like we dont know nothing specoally when we ask for clarification.we are asian, not dumb.better than you think all of you there.we may not get your fast fluent english but we know your face.your english is not the measure how smart you are.
