Store is beautiful but the staff is rude. I do my best to support small businesses but not bad customer service. Middle aged female staff was too busy gossiping with younger female staff the entire time I was there, and she never bothered acknowledging my presence. But she seemed to say “hello” and “goodbye” to every Caucasian person that walked in (about 6 people). I was going to buy candles and home decor but decided to take my business elsewhere as I didn’t feel welcomed. “Big mistake. Big. Huge!”

Absolutely Love the store but too bad that the two employees working today (6/10 4:35pm) couldn’t be bothered to stop gossiping and acknowledge our presence much less ask if they could help us in any way. I chose not to purchase anything and went to Hallmark where I was greeted, assisted and where I ended up spending money.
