It was hard to tell if she had a smile because of the covid mask but I could hear it in her voice. Absolutely delightful lady. I had a special request that she didnt have available at the moment but she didnt turn me away... what she did next was amazing, she actually found another facility that had what I needed and at a better price than she could have done for me. She even went online and booked it for me. THAT my friends is service. She may not have been able to help me this time but she will be my first thought in the future and if anyone ask me if I know a good storage place she will be the first and only place I will recommend. This time in our world is (for lack of a better word) Crazy.... It was so refreshing to feel so welcomed and stress free dealing with Stephanie. I rented a 10x10 indoor climate-controlled unit last fall and am very happy. The service is fantastic and prices are very competitive. I am amazed how EXTREMELY clean the whole facility is - even the inside hallway floors are polished to a shine. Strong handcarts are available inside each building to assist in moving heavy items from your car to your unit. I also like the front gate is always closed and locked and you need to use your personal gate code to get in or out of the facility. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage on Prestige Circle in Allen, TX.

This facility is clean, it seems well secured with 32 cameras on sight. The cost is not as expensive as other places. Their units are spacious and their leasing process is very simple. I highly recommend talking to Stephanie. She was friendly and very helpful.

Used this facility during relocation to Dallas. The check in is easy and the staff are extremely helpful. My mover came in an 18 wheeler, so the staff went to open the back gate to accommodate the driver, even told him where they could turn and not scratch their truck, also changed my storage to a bigger one after I realized my items couldnt fit. Very accommodating.

I have had my storage there for about 4 years or more. The manager is always friendly and is happy to assist me at any time. The man that works there on property is a good-hearted Christian man and he is nearly always available! He has always been very pleasant. I have no doubt that my belongings are 150% safe in this facility. I am not your perfect tenant either... Ive been late and they have tolerated me well. Of course I have to pay late fees, etc. But at least they are always pleasant about it! Sometimes he even comes out to give me a hand if its just an item or two! As far as I know... there are not rats or bugs in my facility! Great location too! Couldnt imagine finding a better storage anywhere!

This is is located in safe good area. Gated and the grounds are kept clean. The customer service I received from Stephanie was superior. I work for a corporate company dealing with tons of storage units across the country. Extra Space storage in general is VERY easy to work, but especially at this location the service goes above and beyond. Very helpful, friendly, and go out of their way to make sure everyone is being taken care of. Being from a different state, communication can be hard, but they make that EXTRA effort to make sure all ends are included in on communication. Would highly recommend.

I went shopping for a storage unit today and this was my third stop. From the time I walked in the door I felt like I was cared about as a customer. Stephanie and Josh treated me with kindness and welcomes me into the establishment. I did not realize until that moment how important it is to trust the people who might be looking after your stuff on a daily basis. All my questions were answered. I had to move in 36 hours from a space with a garage to a space without a garage unexpectedly, and I’ve been holding furniture for my mother who is in between homes right now. I was hyper focused on getting stuff out of my old place, that I was set to get to their location ten minutes after closing.The woman I spoke to on the phone was very kind and calming (I was panicking, I was transporting a washer and dryer on a rented truck). Chuck stayed after close to calmly and patiently walk us through the availability options, pricing, amenities, a tour, and more.It was a little more than I wanted to spend but a fair price for the market and has been a wonderful experience so far (it’s been a few weeks). The grounds and units are clean, well kept, and clearly cared for. We are very happy and thankful for the kind staff that saved the day!

I am just 3 months into my contract and I just received a postcard notice in the mail informing me that my monthly storage rate was going up by $10 effective immediately. This is unsavory business practice. I dont understand how they can do this just 3 months into my contract. I am very unhappy about this.UPDATE 02/28/18: Yet another $10 increase in my rate. THIS IS THE SECOND INCREASE IN ONE YEAR. In one year, my rate has gone from $72 to $92. This is a 28% in just one year. I feel like this is complete gouging of the customer. Moving belongings is a daunting project so they know most people will just pay the increase versus trying to find another storage facility to relocate all their items. To me, this is bad business practice. At least tell the customer at the time of contract signing that you will be reviewing contracts and increasing rates AT WILL.UPDATE 01/23/19: I HATE this place. Yet another increase in my rate. This is the 3RD increase in 2 years. This time I did NOT receive the postcard notification. I was informed of the increase by my bank when they tried to take a higher amount out of my checking account. So from Jan 2017 to Jan 2019, my rent rate has gone up from $72 to $104. Same storage room, no increase in size, no special attention given to my storage, just the usual PRICE GOUGING from the GREEDY OWNER. Im told the owner hates bad reviews on Google yet he doesnt stop raising prices. This is ridiculous. He is greedy and doesnt care about the customer. Ive asked to speak to him several times but Im always told he is on vacation or out of town. He is a GREEDY COWARD. I would like to move my belongings but that is a huge project so I feel trapped. Please dont rent space here if you dont want to be ripped off whenever the owner sees fit to pad his pockets more to go on vacation.

Made a reservation online late one night, and Terri called me back the next morning with all the info and rates and availability on units. Made all the difference since all the rates are about the same everywhere. When I arrived she gave me a tour and showed me a couple units that were available, we did the paperwork in about 10 minutes or less and I was set to start moving in. Awesome place, and it appears to be very well kept, clean, and secure.
