Ordered a grande, took a *sip*, realized wow...feels light.....and opened it up. This seems to be happening frequently. For the price, quality and amount needs consistency.

I appreciated the customer service there. The manager asked if I wanted my coffee bean ground and he gladly did that. They didnt have the Guatemala coffee beans so I chose the Verenda Blonde roast.

Waited in front of the staff to order for about 10 minutes. They never acknowledge me nothing. Im assuming they thought I was waiting for pick up but after 10 minutes youd think theyd ask if I needed help. Instead another group comes in and has to get their attention to order and they skip me and take their order while Im standing right there. I didnt want to be rude to the other group (elderly) so I let them go and went behind the line. They see me go to the back and never ask or care. Horrible staff never coming back.

I placed an order through Uber Eats and the drink came but the bakery items did not. I initially cancelled the items through Uber Eats to get the refund and then since I didnt have the drivers phone number called Starbucks. Starbucks admitted that the mistake was theirs and not the drivers and did apologize. Admitting that the mistake was theirs goes a long way with me and I appreciated the honesty. Without any expectation on my part other than just wanted to know how to go about reordering my items to get them the girl offered me compensation for my trouble. She didnt need to do that but I appreciated it so much! I have been coming to this Starbucks for about 10 years now and will continue to be a customer for another 10 plus years. I am giving them a 5 out of 5 stars and that might surprise some people because a mistake with the order occurred. And the 5 stars isnt for the gift card compensation. It is for the honesty! We are living in very different times than 20, 10, or even 5 years ago and a little honesty is what the world needs!

Honestly Im not a fan of Starbucks, but today off was cold, i was hungry and needed some tea. The multi grain bagel and Earl grey tea was the bomb! Toasted just right with cream cheese. Wow!

Would say that this location has clean appearance, good display, and steady work flow to deliver drinks and food to others in a promptly matter. Drive through ordering went smoothly and didnt stay too long waiting in line. Great place to stop by for a drink and food with quick service and great service.

I guess Ive been ordering Starbucks coffees and beverages the wrong way, my fiance put me up on the Starbucks game and taught me how to order my drinks and let me tell you... it made a huge difference, I can honestly say I have favorites now even though I have been a dunkin coffee guy for 17 years. The Starbucks on Lehigh st has managed mess my order up three times in a row. Its very frustrating to sit in drive thru for 20 mins only to get the wrong items. Asked for a refund and was recharged instead of refunded. Now being inconvenience AGAIN by having to go into the store to have it fixed correctly. Customer service is great,but they need to slow down with taking orders to prevent mistakes

Gave my drink to the car in front of me who gave it back to the barista, then they tried to give me the same drink in the same cup saying they “sanitized the cup.” We’re in a pandemic, as soon as someone else takes it- ITS TRASH. Had to remind them we ordered food, too. Long line.

I want to start by first stating the drive thru experience here is always top notch for such a busy establishment, but I felt almost defeated recently losing my father and falling into multiple health issues myself the lady in front of me paid for my order and wished me a nice day. It was absolutely beautiful and I hope she reads this because she really touched my heart at a very difficult time in my life.Thank you.to the Staff& the wonderful customers that positively influenced my morning :)

Always friendly and accommodating. No equal in customer service drive thru. The drive thru line is usually 20 mins, much faster to walk inside.

I frequent this Starbucks on a daily basis, and every single time I talk to any employee they are nothing but kind and gracious. Today wasnt the best of mornings for me and my Starbucks barista must have sensed it or seen it on my face that I was upset. She acknowledged that I must be having a rough day, and gifted me my coffee and even drew little hearts on it. Although that gesture might seem small to some people but it meant the world to me, she brought me to tears. I wish I got her name, but she works at the cash register at the drive thru and was wearing a cute hat that had (from what I assume) cat ears on it. I just wanted to personally thank her again, because that definitely restored my faith in humanity and lifted my spirits. I will be contacting Starbucks to let them know how my experience was, but I felt I needed to share this in the rough times we are living in. It really is the little things.

Store is woefully understaffed all the time and they can’t get orders done at anything other than a glacial pace. I did a mobile order and stood in the store for 30 minutes while people who went to the register got their order first. Very poor service better to drove to another location.

Typically a very busy Starbucks when I stop here after a Saturday morning run, especially for the drive thru. If I use mobile order, its usually very fast to walk in and pick up my order. Staff is quick, efficient and polite.

As a local physician, I can easily relate to abridged hours and modified interactions during these unprecedented times.With that being said, being refused service at 3:01pm, with a closing time of 3:00, was not the customer service I expect.I can not imagine how a patient would accept refusal of care at my office even beyond the scheduled time by 1 minute reflected on my iPhone! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!

I wish I could give it a -5 star review. As a consistent customer, I have just recently found out a worker has contracted Covid. The store has not closed to clean, nor have they let the public know. At this point I’m going to assume they are trying to hide it. I’m incredibly ashamed of whoever is in charge of the store at the fact they would rather stay open for business then close for the safety and health of their workers and customers! From now on I’m going to be taking my business elsewhere. Everyone please be safe and maybe go to a different store.

Nice staff, good food/drinks. Bathrooms need Serious attention. Since eliminating Men & Women bathrooms, no matter which bathroom you use, there are Always Feminine used hygiene products on the floor. Sorry ladies, but dispose of them properly, or we need Separate bathrooms again.

Located right at the south mall. Perfect if you want to shop right after getting your iced coffee or iced tea(which is what I order). Real reason Im making this review is to comment on the workers. Aaron, Kristen and Beth are my 3 favorite Baristas. Always greeting me with a smile on their faces, regardless if they are slammed or not. Allison is someone I also liked but she no longer works at this location sadly. But I wanted to mention her too!When there is a long wait, they always apologize for the wait which is appreciated because its shows you that they care. Once I waited in the drive thru over 15mins and they gave me my drink for free. I ended coming back later that day because of that. I highly recommend this Starbucks. Also I believe Sarah and Zach are the managers and if you ever have an issue, ask for them because they really do care about your concerns and will address them.

As a former partner I was appalled by the behavior I witnessed in the drive thru this morning. I have never been so disrespected. I was yelled at, scolded, and berated by the nasty woman who took my order. I have ordered at and worked at enough drive thrus in my life to know how loudly I need to speak. I should not be expected to scream my order at you. Pay attention. Learn some people skills. Do not correct me or scold me just because you lack class and training. Starbucks values are not upheld here and I can’t wait to personally speak to the district manager.

When I was there last week, an older lady working there asked me to pull down my mask so I could speak with her. She claimed it to be because she couldn’t hear. This is disgusting behavior!! We are in the middle of a pandemic and you’re asking me to remove the one layer of protection I have so you can spit in my face while you talk! It’s just unprofessional. If you can’t hear, then get out of this line of work. I won’t be coming here again, and I reported them to the Department of Health.

I love starting my day at this Starbucks. The people make this place and my order is always right and made fast.

They always get our orders right here and this place is BUSY in the morning. The staff works hard and is always really nice to us. I dont think I ever had a drink made incorrectly here and I am here almost every day.

I get Starbucks on a near-daily basis. This used to be my favorite location by far. Today I had to ask them to make my drink the way I ordered it and then proceeded to hear about how she didnt make the drink. No apologies, just downright rude. (Not to mention that they were not at all busy and she acted like it was back-breaking to put whip and drizzle on a drink) My rating should be more like 2 stars, but I have had great experiences here in the past.

I never write reviews BUT, this is my 5th time at this location and I must say, Nai is the sweetest most outstanding barista I have came across in a while. She is so well mannered and fun to talk to. It looks like she has fun with the other baristas while working and it’s honestly super fun to watch and listen to them sing and have a blast working. It wakes me up HAHA I’m surprised they don’t give out pins or embroider there aprons to acknowledge there genuine hard work... just a suggestion if the manager actually reads these reviews. I went to other Starbucks, and they look MISERABLE. she definitely deserves the recognition. I witnessed a gentleman insultIng her because of his mobile order not being ready, and let me say she handled that so professionally, she pulled him to the side away from other customers, she explained and told him something which was inaudible to us guests and the man apologized to her and she offered him a free drink for the next time as a courtesy apology for the wait and went back to work. She is definitely a keeper! I would also like to mention that I’m OBSESSED with her recommendation from last time - everything bantams w/ avocado spread & a venti lemonade shaken with 2 pumps raspberry, no water. Such a perfect combo! thanks Nai! Now I look forward to seeing her there, and to have a lovely chat as well, before I go to work! Love this Starbucks!

Came to this location for the first time. It was moderately busy but the staff was efficient however my coffee never came up. I asked one of the baristas about it.... within a couple of minutes she brought me my coffee, apologized because she knew I had been sitting awhile and gave me a gift card for the inconvenience of having to wait so long. 5 Stars for customer service, 4 stars overall because my coffee did get lost in the system somewhere, overall super happy with how I was treated though!

I go to this Starbucks a lot. The drive-thru is usually not too busy, they get you in and out quickly. Inside is always bustling with business people. I tend to do one on one meetings here as well. Its so convenient and they are accurate with drinks, etc.

I have written MULTIPLE POSITIVE reviews to corporate on the AMAZING service at the Starbucks location located @ 3300 Lehigh Street Allentown, PA 18103 and urge you to do the same. People are so quick to write negative reviews but this location’s rapid, efficient, professional, and most of all KIND service during this pandemic is insurmountable. The lines wrapped around the lot are absolutely unsettling and I couldn’t stand to be a part of this.With this being pretty much the onlylocation opened within the majority of the Lehigh Valley I think this location should CLOSE and pay the workers due to the insane amount of customers there. Albeit they are handling it EXCEPTIONALLY well.We also must not forget about ALL the other people on the OTHER front line who didn’t sign up for this (ie: Grocery store employees, food employees, etc.) I am always thankful for the medical profession and EVERY ONE’S efforts but we CANNOT forget the others out there risking their lives for non-medical services who are working in non-controlled non-medical environments really being exposed to the POSSIBILITY of COVID 19.Give thanks, stop the panic, and remain kind, calm and grateful. May the world wake up from this and learn to handle things better and love one another and APPRECIATE every moment because there is always Light concealed during the darkest of moments. PS-MAKE SURE TO THANK THEM AND TIP THEM IF YOU ARE ABLE!

My drinks are always made right.

I am sick and tired of giving this place chance after chance.No one should wait 30 minutes for a drink, especially when its a mobile order. The only location where I had waited. This has happened multiple times. The apparent lack of coordination here is obvious. other people who order after I get there receive their drinks first.

I come there pretty often I love Starbucks coffee, and food. But seems like a switch in staff there recently. I always get the same thing for the most part. But they need to hire people who actually know how to listen and comprehend. Past two days I had to keep repeating my self and seems like they disregard what I said. I got a pumpkin cream cheese muffin, I like it toasted. This morning the cashier took forever to grab it and I ask for it toasted and they gave me a cold one instead. 😕

Came over to Starbucks to have a bite while our car got new tires at Jack Williams, great service from the cashier (didnt catch her name but she has glasses and a bit of purple in her hair)! Delicious food and drinks. The young lady even gave my two sons a cookie to share for behaving on the house it was so sweet ! Thanks Starbucks Lehigh st you rock ❤

Every time I come here, my order is wrong or my mobile order is completely lost. IF my order is ready, they get my drink ready and completely ignore the food. This happens at least 2 out of 3 visits. The only reason that I go back is because its the only Starbucks on my way to work. I guess I keep hoping itll get better.

Came during the afternoon, but it was still pretty busy. It didnt seem like they had enough people to deal with it, or maybe they just didnt have people who knew what they were doing. One of the guys was trying to help the new(?) people in between making drinks, and it took the girl at the register a few tries to get my order right.

Stopped by here after meeting someone in the area with my girlfriend. The store was very busy and so the sandwich I ordered somehow got misplaced. I approached Leo and mentioned it to him while he was working on other customers orders. Not only did he stop what he was doing immediately, he made the sandwich and walked it over to where I was sitting with a gift card towards my next visit to compensate for the wait. Thank you, Leo!

Been using this Starbucks almost daily for five years, friendly staff, all this time I’ve only had three mistakes, which they gave me a new beverage without any hassle. I only wish the Starbucks app worked as well!
