Incredibly helpful guys on the counter!

I walked in there to purchase some lights I needed and got ignored like if I was painted on a wall. Not a single word was said to me for the whole 10 minutes I was standing in front of the counter, and there were no other customers there but me. I decided to walk out and not even then did they bother to ask me what I needed help with. What a shame, this was a really unpleasant experience. Never again will I even intend to walk in there.

Walked in, got exactly what I needed in less than 3 min. Good service.

I find the last review impossible to believe i am the manager of this branch and no customer has ever walked in and not been acknowledged and helped asap ...we pride ourselves on our customer servicehere and have for the last 12+ yearsif you walked in looking for a lighting showroom we do not provide that service, but i assure you we do not ignore customers ever!!

Takes to long to order stuff from here. Most of the time they dont have any material you need. Sometimes they mess up on there orders and they dont take any responsibility for it.
