If want want good customer service, you will NOT get it here. We ordered all high end appliances for our new home, spending a little under 15K, The order was supposedly made in May, when we gave them a deposit. Part of the order included a refrigerator, which they dropped off in our garage, delivery guy said hed be back with someone to bring it in. No show. Another part of the order included a stove, which has yet to be delivered, and all we get is a run around as to why it was not included in the order. Thermador said they would give us another stove at an upgrade to be delivered July 10th, which would of been nice, if that had happened. Today is July 10th, the ever helpful (not) Barry, says, sorry still no stove, maybe Tuesday or Wednesday and you will be getting the original stove. No contact was made from Fromm to let us know they didnt have the stove, all communication has been initiated from us. They just dont care. Take you business elsewhere if you want to be a valued customer. As an aside, I ordered washer/dryer from Home Depot - way better customer service/delivery!
