Went here to get a check up for my throat, and unfortunately had a rough experience. The Dr. here was both rude and impatient, and generally just felt like I wasn’t listened to or given any time. He also recommended surgery right off the bat when I mentioned GERD issues, and had a number in hand right away for it without much explanation or other options.The nurses were super nice and the place felt decent overall, and for that I will give one extra star. Overall, I highly recommend going to a different place, especially if you like a Doctor with good bedside manner and a human experience and not feel like a rushed inconvenience, forcing invasive procedures on you without much detail.
Call office for appointment, I was asked if I was a patient, I answered no. She immediately put me on hold and CLAIMED she had to check their appointment schedule . 10 minutes and 8 seconds later I hung up the phone. It’s very apparent to me that they have no interest in taken care of people....There web site is all a LIE !! Take your business to another provider that cares, shame on you Dr. Gaylor!!!!!!
Although i loved my patients and Rebecca. The PA there is horrible. Always spoke poorly and down to my self and Rebecca. We would have to google prescription dosage, he wouldn’t know correct names of what he was prescribing and knew nothing about dosages. It made me super uncomfortable. He would expect us to act like the Doctor. He also would yell at us and always was nasty. Management did nothing nor did they have good communication. Rebecca did complain on how the PA was towards me and that seemed to not do anything. They did not care. They allowed it and never wanted to hear what i would have to say. Iv worked for famous Drs and never in my Medical profession have i ever experienced something like this. It is discouraging and makes me worried to work in another practice.
Friendly professional staff. Took care of problem and took me in promptly at my appointment time

Only one doctor. The place is dusty. And takes a while to get them to help you. You gotta do your own leg work
Very poor customer service and patient care. I left a message over 2 weeks ago and received a message today for me to call back for information . I agree with previous patient review. The office is all about charging your insurance carrier incorrectly then billing you. I have a perforated ear drum with hearing loss, my previous appointments were all brief TALK and no examination of the ear. Do yourself a favor and find another ent .
Absolutely awful!!! I will never go back to this office, biggest waste of my money. The PA has only one diagnosis, and that is GERD!!! I went to my family doctor and I had strep thoat!!!! Youre supposed to be an ENT practice, and he hardly looked in my throat, except to do the scope so they can get the insurance money. On top of that he wanted to see me back in 10 days, for what? to tell me I had GERD again.
The staff was friendly, but they arent upfront with billing, charge you for an office visit and then send you a payment request for more money weeks later. I didnt get medication, i had a test taken -- and paid like $75+ in person via check the day of my appointment to only be billed more later?
Always Friendly and fits me in the schedule which helps me out a lot.
