Great, wonderful people, who truly care about their patients. My dad bought his hearing aids here and comes back to get regular cleanings. Carly is always so sweet to him and the other elderly patients. Shes so kind and caring. Happy they are the people caring for my dads hearing issues!

I take my Dad there. Had to make new appointment, because my Mom thought his hearing aids werent workin right. She was right, too much ear wax. They r always very nice & helpful. And showed me how to change his filters in between visits. Always a nice visit.

The folks at New Sound Hearing are Great! They’re always cheerful. They answer all my questions and make suggestions on how to use all the features of my hi-tech hearing aids. They make me feel special.

I work 9-5 daily and getting an appointment is extremely difficult as I’m only off in the Weekend when New Sound is closed. However Carly is just phenomenal and has been working with me the past 3 weeks trying to get me in there for an appointment. This isn’t the first time actually as Carly is always willing to workaround MY Schedule and she always makes availability when it works for my schedule.

I was very reluctant to get hearing aids, but I had to accept that I needed to improve my hearing. Thanks to Carly, she made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. I saw the Doctor twice in the beginning who worked with me to fine tune my aids. Then I was coming in every 3 months and even though I complained constantly about not hearing well and still having my TV sound at 100%, all they did was clean my hearing aids. They wanted me to come in every 2 months just to clean them but I told them that was excessive and I clean them every single day. I felt like all I did was come in for 5 minutes to get them cleaned but my issues fell on deaf ears. After 2-1/2 years of this, I will go somewhere else.

New Sounds is one of my favorite places, because of them I am able live a life full of sounds and music. The staff and service is one of the best I have seen. Friendly and know what they are doing and can meet any situations. I would recommend anyone who needs help with their hearing to check them out, I dont believe they will be sorry.

I purchased my hearing aids from this company three years ago. I have had regular checkups since then, all without any additional charge. I rescind my previous review!! My husband had his hearing aids for 2 months, and then told we had to purchase insurance for $179.00!! This year its over $300.!! I called Starkey, and they said the warranty was at the doctors discretion how long the warranty is!!Also, I wanted to apply for Care Credit for 0% interest for 24 months, and he lied and said Care Credit doesnt do no interest!We are barely making it from month to month, and I dont need to be taken advantage of!!Whoever heard of hearing aids ($4500.) Only having a two month warranty?Unless, you have surplus money to be ripped off, go someplace ethical for your hearing aids.What hes doing should be illegal!!

I received your invitation to your complimentary hearing consultation. Hours on the invitation are 9:00am-4:30pm.I wear hearing hearing aids and was interested in scheduling an appointment. However I work 8:00am-5:00pm.Way to offer something those of us that work regular business hours arent able to attend.

My husband recently purchased 2 hearing aids from Hear PA.So far, we are well-satisfied with the service.Right now his one ear is sore, but Todd is taking care of that for him.Everyone is friendly and makes you feel welcome.
